So the back story is we are the North myrtle Beach Rescue Squad in North Myrtle beach Sc. our boat the Merlin Bellamy is an amphibious boat that has an amp motor that runs the 4 wheel drive system to drive the boat ashore. The oil pressure switch went out. We needed one and at 4pm our time we started calling every local place no one could help us out. We then started calling parts places on the west coast knowing it may cost more but we needed the boat back in service ASAP. When we called the lady (forgive me I cant remember her name ) she was very nice. she told us she didn't have the part to ship to us. But here is where it service above and beyond she called us back with part locations in our area and the next mooring I was able to drive 30 miles to pick the Part up, so the boat could be back up and running in top condition. Even though this was a late time frame during business hours, I still kept my end of the deal and attended the Zoom meeting to help improve the Farm Supply Company from a potential customers standpoint. I did rate the company honestly and gave feedback as to how Farm Supply can improve customer acquisition. The WARNING to potential customers is to be Very WEARY and CAUTIOUS about the Farm Supply Company in general! I say this because The Farm Supply Company has not paid me until now 4/21/2025! The third party agency that connected me to rate the Farm Supply has made multiple attempts to have the company pay me a small incentive for my time doing the Zoom survey. Today we rented a dump trailer and we didn't have the right tow hitch, but they solved that quickly by finding the right one. They have great hours and their prices are pretty good for this area. Just note, they are not open on Sunday's. Seems like a lot of rentals can be paid for upon return, too.

Called this business because my refrigerator displayed an error code and was not staying as cold as…read moreit should be. I googled the code which said it was a fan error. Repairmen showed up a few days later to look at it. Does about 5 minutes of work before telling me "the compressor is bad but no one will replace an LG compressor and even if they did, it would cost you $1,000 minimum." He then said I needed to buy a new fridge and then told me they carried them at their store and I should come by. But something was off... if the compressor was bad then why was the fridge/freezer still cold enough to make ice and it certainly wasn't warm. A friend suggested that it might be a frozen (literally) compressor and to unplug it for 24 hours and then plug it back in. That was 4 days ago and our fridge is working perfect. If I'd listened to this companies advice I would of thrown away a $3,000 fridge and then spent another $3,000 on a fridge... that's a $6,000 mistake and completely ridiculous. I got the feeling that this error was motivated by the desire to get us to buy a new fridge from them... if that's true then they're not just incompetent but they're criminals. I'd avoid doing business here.
