First of all I wouldn't put 4 coats of paint on an interior wall, secondly it wasn't at all black it was purple & not even a deep (could almost pass for black purple), but rather a brownish purple. They wouldn't refund or exchange even though it was incorrectly mixed. Then, while I was speaking to the manager, he put me on hold to talk to the guy in paint, then the phone went dead, I though we got disconnected but no, he just left for the day. Eduardo and his team came highly recommended by a friend. He provided his professional insight and was instrumental in guiding us with the long list of decisions we didn't even know we'd need to make. He's personable, charming, and felt like an instant friend. We told him what we envisioned and he gave us some great color suggestions and options to help narrow down the seemingly endless and overwhelming colors that exist. Perhaps we were a bit naïve, this being our first home purchase and first time being involved in a home renovation, but it is no simple feat! We'd imagined a couple guys with their paint cans and a couple brushes, but it is a whole entire operation. I mean, it's intense. They immediately got to work with ladders going up, shutters coming down, drilling and hammering and sanding OH MY! Once things got started, it became clear that this old house would be no simple project. To top it off, many of the doors and windows needed restoration, which they tackled with their handy dandy arsenal of tools, knowledge, and experience. The guys were prompt, courteous, and worked tirelessly each day. You could tell they have a great rapport with one another. Eduardo would stop by a couple times a day to check in on things, and chat with us about where we were in the process and what decisions needed to be made. I reluctantly admit that we are indecisive by nature and we changed our minds a couple times throughout the journey, but they were patient, understanding, and worked with us through our madness. Who knew something as seemingly mundane as choosing colors could actually be so emotionally taxing? Yall, it's heavy! Eduardo made some bold suggestions that we initially met with apprehension, but we ultimately ended up going with his recommendations. We should have trusted his judgement to begin with! No regrets! Now that the job is complete, we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our house looks revitalized. This paint job feels like a refreshing breath of fresh air. I love every decision, every detail, the gorgeous application. I'd hug it if I could. He will be the only person we call for any future paint job and without hesitation, absolutely recommend him for any of your painting needs.
