No, but I respect Vanessa as a young mom and entrepreneur. Having your own business with a young child is not easy and she does her best! Has she cancelled on me before? Maybe once in over 2 years! But, I have also cancelled or changed my times here and there... Her prices have been pretty stable since I have been coming here and her work is good and that's why I keep coming! I always have nice conversations with her which takes away from the fact that she's literally looking at my vagina! LOL!! Vanessa makes you feel comfortable and is quick! You can go on your lunch break if you're pressed for time and she'll get the job done in no time! The place is clean and has an adjacent bathroom to clean yourself before you go! ; ) My usual services is a full Brazilian and I'm really happy to give her my business. I hate giving negative reviews, especially of someone I haven't met. But that's the whole problem in this case. A week ago, I made an appointment with her via text for 5pm on Tuesday. I get there right on time for my appointment yesterday (Tuesday) and couldn't figure out if I was in the right place so I called her. She sounds confused and surprised; when I explain who I am, she says, "Oh, I had you down for Wednesday. I'm not there right now." She was super apologetic though, said it had never happened before, she felt terrible for making me drive all the way there, she was going to give me a discount, etc. I looked at my calendar and told her I could get there by 5:30 the next day (today, Wednesday). She said she had someone else at that time, could I come at 6? I said sure, even better. Then she said wait no, 5:30 is good, or just come when you're done with your call and I'll wait for you. OK, cool. So I'm leaving my house at 5:30 today and decide to text her and let her know I'm on my way and will be there in 20 minutes. I've only gotten about a mile when she texts back and says she can't wait that long, she has to pick her daughter up at 6:30, sorry. But wait--didn't you tell me yesterday to come at 6 or whenever I was done?! Did you not know yesterday you had to pick up your kid at 6:30? And if you didn't, why not let me know when you found out today so I wouldn't have gotten in the car again? I'm just glad I thought to text on my way out today--if I had driven all the way there again and then had to come back in rush hour traffic AGAIN without having gotten done what I was going to do... I'm sure she's a very nice person and great at waxing, but I will never find out because I just can't keep wasting my time when she apparently can't keep track of her own schedule. Again, I hate writing negative reviews (if you look at my profile, my reviews are almost all good ones), but this has been my only experience with her, and it's problematic to say the least. read more

It was very easy to get comfortable with Vanessa while doing my first Brazilian wax. You can tell she's a pro because she did not even break a sweat and finished before I knew it! The pain was minimal, although, it did hurt for some strips because I did have a lot of hair, but she warned me and was talking me through it all. Parking: There's an open lot for free, pretty comfortable. Location: A bit hard to find, but we communicated and I found it in perfect time. It is in the first door on the 2nd floor if you're coming from the east. Price: Super affordable, definitely worth it if this is an issue for anyone. Plus it is the lowest price I've seen yet. read more

Vannessa is great! I went in last month for a Brazilian wax and buttocks. It was my first time, but she explained everything to me and was very delicate. Keep in mind, it will hurt a bit, but nothing you can't tolerate. She was extremely professional. I went in this month and my hair took longer to grow back and no in grown hairs. Vanessa is awesome! I got a brazilian and I was left completely hairless. Barely felt any pain and it was super fast. She fixed my eyebrows and made them look awesome. The experience with this merchant was absolutely horrible. I initially purchased a Groupon voucher for a Brazilian wax. I attempted to call the number to make an appointment on Thursday, November 2, 2017, but the person who answered the phone asked if they could call me back. I received a "TEXT" from someone representing the business asking to make the appointment through text 24 hours later on Friday. I asked when were the available times. I did not get a text back until Saturday. I asked again when the available appointments would be. This was on Saturday at 10:23 AM. I did not get a response until Sunday, November 6, 2017 to be informed that she did not have any late appointments for Monday but she had one on Tuesday at 5:45 PM. I agreed to that time. Have in mind all these responses were hours in between. Today, Tuesday, November 7, 2017, I received yet another "TEXT" that read, "Hey is there any way we can switch to tomorrow instead.?" I replied, "I'm sorry but I adjusted my work schedule to make it there by 5:45. The person responded, "I'm sorry but I have to leave and pick my daughter up she has a fever n I can't leave her in a daycare like that." At that point, my response was, "This is extremely unprofessional. To cancel an appointment which took me 72 hours to make two hours prior to the appointment is not acceptable. We all have personal lives and I understand things come up. However, the way the entire process has transpired it has been an extremely unprofessional experience. No worries." This so-called business owner responds with: "Sorry you feel that way. I have da daughter n that's more important to me. N I rather not do business with people who dnt see that as a priority. You may post as you please where you please. You'll be the only bad review I have n I dnt have a problem with that. Have a wonderful day.! Peace fist emoji. This woman not only saw fit to send such an unprofessional message, but she thought it would be wise to handle all this through text as if she was a teenager having a text fight with another teenage girl. I must admit that I became passive aggressive but always respectful and professional. In fact I attempted to give her some pointers on customer service. One of her last messages was four laughing emojis yet you're my only complaint in two years. Again have a wonderdful day.! Good bye...Your opinion is worthless to me. I dnt want to do business with people like you anyways. So I'm glad it went this route. Goodbye, Aside from having to do all this through text and read through her horrible grammar. I never had the pleasure of experiencing her work.Yet no matter how good she might be, part of being a patron is to be given the respect of proper and adequate customer service. Vanessa has been waxing me for years. I met her thru word of mouth via my ex coworker. Ever since then, I fell in love. FORGET Uni K wax or European Wax center. Please trust me they are over priced & less comfortable. Vanessa's was that she uses is perfect for sensitive skin & some how it's less painful. I recommend getting all of your areas waxed because it comes out as a bargain anyway. Waxes last 6 weeks before you have to come back. She is respectful with your privacy. She has a comfortable waiting area. Her office is very clean & safe. The bed is always being cleaned & she uses gloves. In addition, she is Easy to schedule with. Disclaimer: you can't expect to walk in bc she is a very busy business woman. As long as you let her know I'm advanced, she will accommodate you. You can call her or text her. I went yesterday to get a Brazilian wax. I was a little dissapointed. The lady was nice, but a little quiet so it just made the experience more awkward, thankfully I had a friend with me. She didn't clean it up after waxing so I was left with some hair, which. Was very dissapointing. She didn't wipe off the stickiness of the wax after she waxed, or even offer wipes to take it off, so I went home with me cheeks and lips literally stuck together. It was kinda painful to undstick them because of the sensitivity after waxing. All in all, not the best waxing. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Well... I would love to post a better review for this lovely lady BUT... Two weeks ago I went to get my FIRST brazilian wax done, I read a few reviews before and they were exactly what I was looking for, as I read she was great with first timers... Not with me. To start, I dont even remember her name ( and thats because she never told me ), she got a little impatient with me cause I was moving (reacting ) and the wax was breaking, but as you all know THIS THING HURTS!!!... and I couldnt control it... but I kept going to finish and have my thing all cleared up! :) She told me that she had taken all the hair off! ( as she was supposed! ) BUT when I got home and went to take a look... I had hair EVERYWHERE... I wasnt happy cause even that I was in pain, I told her to do it no matter what... So I didnt get the service that I was expecting, it was so disappointing and a waste of my money AND now I have a bunch of ingrown hairs ( thing that have never happened to me before... not as bad as now! ) ITS PAINFUL AND IT LOOKS UGLY!! It was nice on her to take me out of her schedule but Im not going back to her if I ever do it again. read more
