I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I always purchase the series packages during Black Friday or Cyber Monday with your discount code for extra savings. Unfortunately, your discount code did not work in November 2025. I contacted this location to get assistance and was told that someone would call me back but no one returned my call. I emailed the corporate office and someone finally responded that the discount code had expired. I attempted to explain that the code never worked so the discount should be honored anyways, but to no avail. Also, I recently noticed that your packages are only redeemable at one location which is an inconvenience since I frequent 2 locations, near my home and near my job in Broward. For these reasons I decided to try an alternative hair removal, sugaring last month and I am amazed at the long lasting results. I will never wax again or visit your establishment. If you continue to ignore your customers and fail to provide excellent service, you will go out of business. read more

Usually I go to either Town and Country or London Square but I will only be going to this location from now on. First of all, the lobby is gorgeous! It all looks recently renovated and inviting. The parking in the plaza was good, I got a spot right away. I got waxed by Christina after reading another review about her and I'm so glad I did. She was awesome. We were laughing and having a great time, and just like that the appointment was over! She was so quick but also so thorough with her work. Her years of experience show. I have to stand up for myself and hope this doesnt happen to someone else. I asked to clean my eyebrows, please do not shape. This might be the ideal eyebrow look for others but it is not for me. That should have been respected. Listen to your customers please, especially when they say something in the beginning. I had not had my eyebrows done in a long time for this very reason. I grew them out bc I have naturally thick eyebrows and is what looks best for me. Now they're sparse at the end and shorter. May the lord be with us all. :'( P.S they definitely tried to remediate the situation and I didn't have to pay for the service but I now have to regrow my eyebrows again for at least a year. It doesn't help that Lexus asked if I shaved and when I said that I don't, I pluck, she said "oh thats why" after she waxed my upper lip 3 times. What am I supposed to do? I have naturally thick hair. Now my skin is also irritated bc of waxing the same area multiple times. Keep your comments to yourself if you have nothing nice or helpful to say. This is not my usual waxing salon, but I couldn't make it to the available times at my usual spot & needed to get a Brazilian that day. I've been here once before and it was a pleasant experience. I went in as a walk-in, i instantly get taken into a room. When I tell you this girl was in a rush, I get a Brazilian done every month so I know it can be painful but this lady (I wish I knew her name) waxed my whole bikini area with like four strips. She kept saying that I have a lot of hair every time she hurt me, as if that was her excuse. No the problem is she's doing such long/ big strips all together that it would get stuck. Just thinking about that experience right now makes me cringe of that pain. She was done within 10 minutes or less I swear, she didn't even wax my lips. She leaves I look at the results and I still had so much hair all over the place, she missed my inner lips completely, she missed my whole left part of my bikini going towards the leg. I know my hairs ripped instead of being waxed off because of the long strips that kept getting stuck. I go to the front and tell them, she comes back does my lips and the other piece that was missing, she never used the tweezers to take out the remaining hairs that didn't come off with the wax. It looked patchy and the remaining hair was looking like it had grown out for two weeks. As she leaves the second time, I'm checking it out in the mirror again. She just busts inside the room and says oh I'm sorry I need the room I have a next appointment. I'm sorry but if you're going to rush a walk in & do a bad job that is ALSO painful, I would rather them let me know and I would wait to be properly taken care of instead of breezing though it to get to your next appointment. When I told the receptionist in the front she just said oh no I'll make sure you won't get her next time and made me pay the full price. The point of a wax is to get your hair removed not leave half of the hair there. & it wasn't because my hair wasn't long enough because I always wait the same amount of time in between waxes and that has never happened to me. Front desk lady and my esthetician were awesome! Great experience and my esthetician made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Made an appointment early on Thursday for an appointment in the afternoon. Uni K called me an hour before my appointment and notified me that my esthetician had just gone in with a customer that was late. We rescheduled for 10 minutes later from original appt time. When I got there front desk notified me that my esthetician was still behind. She offered me to switch with a different esthetician if I could not wait. I waited 10 more minutes but then I decided to take up the offer for different esthetician. Happy with the service and experience!! The esthetician that did my wax was Lexus. Oh my goodness. I came in as a walk in and was greeted by some lady (I believe it was the owner) she had blonde hair and tan skin at the door. They assisted me right away which was nice, at the door I told them I only had 30 minutes as I had a facial at 2:30pm and my usual Brazilians take no longer than 20 minutes. All while knowing I was short on time the lady said she'd take care of me and give me a good waxer than proceeded to put me with a new waxer as her first client EVER. Assuming that she would know what she was doing I allowed it. I stayed quiet throughout this wax but it was extremely painful and I was honestly freaked out by the whole experience I felt uncomfortable with her continuing as a more experienced waxer (who is amazing) stepped in and I told her I would like it if she completed my lips area as she had to get scissors and separate the wax since the first time waxer put wax on both sides of my area causing it to painfully stick together and pull at the hairs at the same time and kept putting it on way too thick causing the wax to break and making the waxing experience extremely uncomfortable. This was one of the most painful waxing experiences I've ever had. I had to reschedule my facial appointment because it ended up taking an hour to get done. And I kept saying I had another appointment which no one really took initiative on and stepped in to finish my wax. The owner was no where to be found when I left and I was charged full price and was pushed to book with the new lady in a month with no one showing any reassurance or consideration towards my experience. The whole experience felt very weird, awkward, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I won't be going back. The owner should've taken better control of the situation knowing I was short on time or just not accepted me as a walk in. I would've much rather been told they couldn't accommodate me then have been treated with no professionalism. Not the new waxer or the supervised waxers fault at all in this situation but it just felt very messy. The area I went to get waxed is extremely sensitive and should be treated as such. I CANNOT believe my experience. I left feeling uncared for and like I wasn't taken serious as a client. I've been waxed countless times before and have never in my life experienced anything like this. UNCOMFORTABLE AND PAINFUL. I don't recommend. The waxers even said "we are hurting her I would've been crying by now or screamed" I was like I'm holding back from doing that I have a high pain tolerance and don't want to cry in the middle of a session. Paid full price. Was not asked about my experience by owner afterward and she disappeared and was no where to be found. read more

So I made my appointment to get a Brazilian wax here. I have gotten several Brazilians before but only with sugaring paste so I was new to the traditional waxing. Let me start off by saying: the receptionist very nice and welcoming I was overall impressed by the vibe and cleanliness of the place. Once I started my wax is when I had second thoughts. It had been a while since my last wax and I try not to shave since it only makes things worse. The wax lady kept saying over and over how I have SO MUCH hair. It wasn't a big deal at first but her repeating it so much made me feel self conscious and uncomfortable. I understand maybe I have a lot of hair but i don't think it was as bad as she made it seem. She then BURNED ME several times with the wax even though I told her many times that its hot and it burns she said "oh the wax is off it should cool off" and wouldn't even try to check in on me if I was okay or apologize for it, instead she continued waxing me with the really hot wax in my intimate areas. Once she's doing my buttocks area, she made me use my arms in a really uncomfortable position to assist in spreading myself, and she could see I was uncomfortable and wouldn't say anything. And if I let go for a second or moved my hand she would say DONT LET GO DONT MOVE in a really mean way. Like I said, I have gotten Brazilians before but I have never laid on my stomach like that for one, usually there are other better positions to successfully take the hairs out. And I am a licensed esthetician myself so I know what is right and what is wrong. At the end of the day, she left long hairs in the areas where I "assisted" her in. Im just really disappointed with the service of the waxer as I was really looking forward to this new place. Cons: wax doesn't hurt like sugaring, hurts a lot less, and she did leave me pretty hairless but with wax all over me still and barely cleaned me up. Im debating on coming again but with a different waxer, but im not sure since my first impression wasn't a good one. read more
