They found a very reasonably priced hood with the correct extension IN STOCK, so we wouldn't have only a pipe showing at the top waiting for months for it to come from China so we could install it and finish trimming it out with crown molding. When he finally did, he was late. He measured and said he would give me a price within a couple of days. Weeks later--only after I reached out--I learned the paperwork had been sitting in his truck the whole time. After we finally placed the order, they quoted 8-12 weeks. That was fine. But once 12 weeks passed and I started calling for an update, no one in the office--including the person who took my payment--had any idea what company the shade had been ordered from or when it might arrive. I spoke with four different employees, and none could help. When I asked one man named Bruce when the owner would call me back, he said, "I guess whenever he calls." To be fair, the installation crew themselves were polite and kind. They even came back to fix mistakes from the first visit and were pleasant throughout. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the installers doesn't make up for the complete lack of communication and accountability from the office and owner.
