His last action toward me was to get in my face and yell that he was doing me a favor. He misprescribed medocation and said that it was not in my chart....so it never happened. Ordered numerous unwarranted procedures, xrays,cat scans,and numerous other scans etc. The staff is unprofessional with the exception of a few. MY last experience with Andrew Gong he bent toward me and yelled in my face that he was "doing me a favor". For what I don't know. MY B/p that day was dangerously high and I was being monitored. Screaming in my face didn't help. I was misprescribed meds,given meds that were never discussed ,many times by Gong and by Dirk Rainwater,the owner. This clinic has re opened under the name BOSSIER COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER. I in no way recommend going to this new clinic. I am tramitized after being verbally assaulted, misdiagnosed, misperscribed, embarrassed and even frightened. Finding a different doctor has been very difficult . I have Only medicare/medicaid insc and it's hard to find care. My review speaks for itself. Don't go here is my recommendation.

Dr. Gomez is an exceptional OBGYN. She is one of the most friendly and personable people I've ever…read moremet. She listens attentively, and responds in a professional manner. Only once did she not know answer, so took my question, researched it, and had her nurse call me back with an answer in a very timely manner. Excellent service and care all around from her and her team. She has always made me feel that my needs are #1, and doesn't ever rush through appointments. I'm 35, and pregnant with my first child. I trust Dr. Gomez 100% with helping me develop my birth plan, and feel blessed to have found her. I researched many other doctors in the Shreveport/Bossier area, and she by far had the best reviews and feedback from patients. 5 stars all the way

I had to swap insurance halfway through the pregnancy due to a complication and my new insurance does cover my appointments. I later found out that the finance office for them was not putting the claims through to my insurance and contacting the wrong number about my benefits thus denying that I'm covered and trying to force me to pay out of pocket. I have attempted multiple times to give them the information they needed to rectify this and my insurance has attempted to reach out to discuss the matter but they refuse to return the phone calls. As of today I am 35 weeks and have been refused care because they are receiving false information from the wrong insurance company and refusing to take the steps necessary to rectify it while holding a credit account with a large sum in it but still refusing my care. I attempted to speak to the office manager about this was spoken down too and interrupted and talked over while trying to give them information needed. I no longer want to receive care from this office due to how I've been treated on multiple occasions due to miscommunication over insurance.

They took her back for triage and we met with Dr. Trachtenberg who was very clear on her labs and what he thought was going on. We get home and think everything is ok and then our 15 year old Beaux has even worse symptoms. Blood is everywhere and we are in a panic. We call and say we're headed back up there. This time we met with Dr. Monceaux who evaluated Beaux. They're both diagnosed with gastroenteritis and pancreatitis. From the moment we stepped in the door, every single person we met was so nice and comforting. They explained EVERYTHING and nothing was done without our approval and without us knowing the price. What makes them standout is the heart they have for our babies. They love them like it's their own. They go the extra mile with calling twice a day for updates, texts with financial updates, and pictures 3 times a day. We could call or just drop in and visit with them. We were never rushed or made to feel like a bother. As a pet parent, that peace of mind is PRICELESS. I have never experienced such love and compassion for my kiddos. One of the girls even called after they had been discharged to check on them. I am blown away by their facility and staff who put this scared Mama and Daddy at ease from having to be away from them. Huge shoutout to BEYONCA, BRYANNA, TOPANGA, AND DEMI (just to name a few). You ladies have a gift and a heart for what you do and we can never say thank you enough. We will NEVER take them anywhere else in an emergency. We've been to the one on Line Avenue in the past and never felt a peace about leaving them there. With Valor, we had zero hesitations. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate and I would never even consider taking them anywhere else. Their level of communication and compassion were above and beyond and greatly appreciated in such a stressful time. They handled everything with care and we greatly appreciate the effort and time they provided both our dog and us. Thank you for being available on weekends and providing such top notch care for both the animals and the fur baby parents.
