I was on the phone experiencing their customer service first hand as Mike helped my parents using remote screen sharing. He solved their technical issues, was creative in finding alternate ways to help them navigate, and resourceful with solutions to simplify their user experience. The lady we worked with was fantastic and actually pulled the one we ended up buying first - she had us try a couple to make sure we had the preferred length and thickness. The price was fair and she cleaned the pendant (and our other jewelry we had on) for free as well as set the pendant on the chain and put it in a complimentary box for us.
