Dr. Paul is extremely thorough and made sure I complete understood the treatment plan he wanted to implement. He was very straightforward throughout the treatment and was willing to work with me on payments. The quality of care and attention to detail are two major reasons why I recommend Balance Chiropractic but there are countless other reasons to choose them including their amazing staff, the cleanliness of the the office and exam rooms and flexible office hours among many other reasons. I could go on for a while explaining why you should choose them but its best to make an appointment and find out why they're the best for yourself!

Dr Paul explained that he would be able to help me and I would have to commit to the treatment he was recommending (spinal decompression). He was very honest when explaining what my issue was and though I would not see immediate results, I would heal. I now have been without pain for several months. I go for maintenance visits monthly. I found Ballance through a friend who had a wonderul experience with them. I recall her saying Dr Paul and everyone there were "awesome". That was an understatement!

I don't even think it's appropriate to call him a doctor so I'll call him by his first name, James. Whether, I've been sick for a couple of hours or a couple days. It shouldn't matter at what stage the cold is at. If I'm telling you my symptoms and you're telling me to continue taking Tylenol when I've been doing that. And comeback in a couple of days when it's at its worse. Wouldn't it be better to kill the virus with simple prescription meds then to let it get worse? Why would I then come to you? I'm inquiring that I need something a bit stronger. Based on what past reviews and telling my mother about the experiences with James. She didn't automatically say it out loud till I told her what happed with me and then she could relate. We then came up with the conclusion that james is a Racist! James should have his own practice so he could decline services to black people all he wants. Because what he's doing now is dangerous! James probably believes that black lives don't matter and our pain tolerance is through the roof! It seems like he hasn't been properly checked and that's why he keeps treating patients the way he does. Pissed off cause now I have to go to another place to get prescribe meds. I'm actually surprised this place is still up. I wish I could give zero stars but one with a negative review will have to do.

Frustrated with my ability not to sleep and Co-Vid triggered anxiety, I was referred to Dr. Peter Bongiorno, ND, LAc, whose collaborative approach to health care is refreshing. Most importantly, feeling heard and respected motivates me to stick to routines designed to alleviate chronic ailments. Also terrific is Dr. Victoria Liotta's accupuncture, sound, and massage therapy which helps to release my body of trauma on both a physical and emotional level. I…read morehad never been interested in yoga before, but on someone's recommendation that it would be a good exercise for me in terms of taking care of not only my physical health, but my mental and emotional health, I decided to give it a try. I only picked out Balance because I drove past it every day, but it's set a precedent that's been tough to follow. My primary adjectives to describe the place are warm and welcoming. I met Stacy, the owner, and she invited me to sit in on one of her Vinyasa Flow classes. It was awe-inspiring, as someone who had always found yoga to be ugly, hard angles and graceless, I was proven completely wrong. My ultimate goal was to end up in one of Stacy's classes, but it was far too difficult for me as a beginner, and along the way I fell in love with Elaine's Iyengar classes. Elaine was so incredibly nurturing and wonderful. She has a very hands on, personal touch and I still miss hearing her voice telling each of us how we needed to modify certain poses depending on the injuries we had suffered. While it defined what I now consider essential to a yoga studio in its characteristics - an intimate atmosphere full of friendly, nurturing people and teachers, it was also incredibly practical. It was reasonably priced, allowing me to go multiple times a week and had a great range of classes at all different times. I was only there for 4 months before I moved to Peru, but in that short time it was an experience I'll never forget. It was truly a place I could have established a lasting practice, and I'm hoping that I will find a studio to rival it soon.

I'd suggest you get the unlimited monthly and try a few different types of courses first before you settle on your regular routine. It's a nice community and they have a lot of other events throughout the year. It's one of the only yoga places in the area, and definitely one of the friendliest. It's definitely a bit pricey though, so the monthly is a good option or the 10 class card....
