I showed the staff member my QR code and they processed the item. The same day, I got my refund. This was a convenient and seamless process. Since I was already at Whole Foods Market, I had to walk around. The layout is very spacious. All the shelves were well stocked and staff were available.

I understand that I'm only one guest, but multiple this by a 100 guests and they are deceptively profiting. Makes me wonder what other poor business practices are occurring behind the scenes.
