Unfortunately one of the repairs was a tilt shift lens which is a bitt of a speciality. Upon bringing that lens to work it started doing some funny things again. While it was fixed I decided to send it to canon just to double check as I can have it fail at work. I shoot both commercial and residential architecture. The owner gladly gave me a refund and advised me what the additional problem may be as well as the part. The other lens which was a canon 16-35 now works flawlessly. In additional to being an expert as his craft he also is a good businessman. Prompt communication. Importantly, when I asked for a refund he reviewed his work and gladly refunded me with no hassle. Another one was a purple frame that was hideous with the painting, and a third time. It was a pending drawing that had to be kept out. You know the air could not be exposed was exposed and got yellowed while it was waiting to be matted and framed and they did a terrible job. They gave me a yellow mat. It looked awful. It's a yellowish yellow it was like an ivory mat. I've had three very bad experiences with this frame shop, and I never use it as a result. they are nice people though, and they're very helpful and they try to help but their ability with the framing and the choices are not good.
