Poor experience throughout…read more I liked their print of LA map, so I decided to order it online all the way from NY to my place at LA, but my entire experience kinda took the gloss out of the print. 1. After buying, my first casual question was just a simple question about how the package will come in and that also took a couple of rounds of contrary mails, which was weird. 2. Delivery was done later than the mentioned timeframe. The item only got shipped after asking about no change in status since a long time. 3. Worst part was that item didn't arrive in a fixed width. Yes, you heard it right, i ordered a 24*36 width print and the width of this thing was 23 & 7/8 at the top but around 24 & 1/2" towards the bottom of the chart. The strip on the chart looked so weird slanting out on the right side. I wouldn't frame and have to cut the bottom to 24 myself through a precision cutter, wth ... I can excuse the first 2 pointers here but 3rd one is simply poor. Come on! I mailed the owner explaining the issue alongwith pictures taken to prove it but no response from him. He was responsive before i bought the print though. I really wanted to buy print from some sort of artistic moms and pops shop instead of corporates like art.com but this is what I got in return. Another one was a purple frame that was hideous with the painting, and a third time. It was a pending drawing that had to be kept out. You know the air could not be exposed was exposed and got yellowed while it was waiting to be matted and framed and they did a terrible job. They gave me a yellow mat. It looked awful. It's a yellowish yellow it was like an ivory mat. I've had three very bad experiences with this frame shop, and I never use it as a result. they are nice people though, and they're very helpful and they try to help but their ability with the framing and the choices are not good.
