My son too is in love with Sharon and the other teachers. Sharon and Mia are his favorites! We could not be any happier! Later that day, a tech came out, I told him I only want to use Rockwool; he proceeded with inspecting, measuring and taking pictures of my attic and, I also asked him to give me an estimate on adding insulation to my crawlspace. An hour later, he says his estimate is done and tells me they DON'T use Rockwool!! This lousy SOB just wasted my time. I don't trust companies that lie every step of the way to their customers. Even though I viewed some tutorials on YouTube, I felt it to be appropriate to have a professional conduct both the installation of the wall mount and the hanging of the TV. I conducted a Google search and found South Charlotte Services with stellar reviews and photos of customer's end results. In viewing their website, I was very much impressed with their attention to detail and all of the services they offer. My scenario was pretty straight-forward: dry-wall with studs and an electrical outlet already high from the finished floor. But, they do offer other services for more complex scenarios. I also suggest calling them before you purchase your wall mount. I purchased one with my TV however they have others they prefer in stock relative to all types of installs and TVs and may be more affordable than others purchased online or at a retailer such as Best Buy or Walmart. After filling out their online form for a quote, I was furnished a proposal by end of business via text and email (NOTE: make sure you try and view it asap so the link doesn't expire). I was called and a time was set. They are pretty flexible but mornings are usually better so try and make yourself available. Their installer, John, showed up on time with all tools necessary (as well as a construction blanket for floor protection). He takes the handling of your TV device with caution and advises you throughout the process to make sure the TV is mounted to your liking and viewing preferences. Be advised to also have an area to lay your TV so he can install the back bracket. Before drilling, he performed a check of the surrounding walls to make sure he would be drilling into the correct spots (some DIY people or other installers may not bother to do this and it's possible it could compromise electric or gas lines; very important this is not ignored). Moreover, he keeps the area very clean by utilizing a shop vac throughout install. John was friendly, efficient, and effective. I highly recommend their services. The job took ~1hr to complete.

Even though I liked where she was originally at, within just a few short days I noticed how much happier she is at Sharon Academy. I think the teachers really work with the kids. No matter when I drop by to get her, each teacher/caregiver is playing or working with a child. I never happen by people just chatting away while the kids cry or which I have seen at many other centers as I interviewed many. They play pretty hard when outside, so dirty clothes (although not fun to clean) tell me that she got some fresh air and played in somewhere besides just the classroom. They make crafts and do specialized learning projects it seems almost every day and the kids really are engaged. Whenever you have someone else care for your kiddo, you will never think they are perfect as you feel you should be there instead. However they are pretty fabulous and I actually feel like my daughter would be missing a lot of learning and playing opportunities if she was not there and at home instead. It is obvious how much the owners of this place care, I see them everyday helping and supporting the staff. The staff has great educational backgrounds, and when I bring my daughter home (she is only almost 15 months now) I am amazed at some of the things she has learned throughout the day like when she makes signs to songs or has learned a little dance or words, etc. GREAT PLACE which means very long wait list so get in early and you will not be disappointed. It is pricey but so is everywhere in Charlotte for quality care.

I can't speak to anyone else's experience, as this review is all my personal experience and opinion…read moreonly, as I know not everyone will have the same experience and I also know there are some solid techs at this company (I have personally dealth with them), but unfortunately I had a nightmare experience with mutiple bad apples in my opinion, and it unfortunately resulted in the end of my storied relationship with a plumber that I thought would be the last one I would ever need, but as they say if something seems too good to be true it usually is... I thought I had found a plumber for life, but my personal experience with Option One ended up with me feeling as though they exhibited failed ownership in addressing an issue caused by errors from their techs, lack of accountability with regard to said issue and becoming confrontational and argumentative when the issue was brought to their attention. Long story short, I had a plumbing blockage that resulted in my front yard needing to be dug up and new pipes being installed in the yard. Upon completion of the job, I experienced flooding in my yard and requested Option One to come out and address the issue. They tried to claim it was an irrigation issue not their problem, but after getting another Option One tech and a plumber from another company to come out, it was confirmed (via photos) that the flooding was due to Option One failing to connect the piping correctly. Instead of taking ownership and accountability for the issue, I was met with defensiveness, along with the above stated lack of ownership and accountability. At one point in the process I even had to ask one of the techs to leave my property because he had such a dismissive unprofessional attitude. I could go on and on but I have already wasted so much time on dealing with this issue that it isn't worth any more of my time. At the end of the day, I found another company to correct the failed work done by Option One and this company apologized on behalf of Option One, as this company felt bad that I had to go through such an ordeal, given that the plumbing industry is already viewed in a negative light by many, right up there with mechanics, car salesmen and attorneys by some. You can read my past reviews to see how much I praised this company in the past, which is why I was so disappointed by what in my personal option was a complete lack of accountability and ownership by multiple individuals across the Option One company. After giving this company multiple five star reviews over the years, I cannot recommend them to anyone anymore as the trust they gained over the years was lost in an instant and based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone moving forward like I have done in the past.
