He and Theodore showed up a few minutes early (but not too early ... a sign of a true professional) and were able to assess the water leak damages by sight, explaining to me what I had guessed without me telling them much. They gave a very thorough explanation of the moisture mitigation process and timeline which was spot-on. They were clear that insurance may not cover everything but were willing to help me state my case in the proper terminology. After a bit of back and forth with insurance, they did cover everything and I credit Yan's professional communication on my behalf for that resolution. Yan was very patient with us during the tile and shower material selections as we were going through a family crisis at the time.
