I normally take all my dry cleaning to another company down the road but this place happen to be open. All I needed was a standard clean on my winter jacket. I took it in and when I got it back everything looked really nice. When I went to try on my jacket and zip it the zipper wouldn't zip and it seemed as if it had been chemically treated. I zipped it half way and the zipper split and would t got back down. After many minutes I got the zipper down and took it back. The manager stated she would take care of it and that day they called and told me it was fixed. I went to get it and when I took it home i zipped it and again the same issue. I continuously told the workers that I have never had any of these issues until I brought my jacket here, even at the other cleaners! They took it back and after almost one week they said "we all tried it six times and it works so the owner isn't going to replace it..." May I mention that they treated me like an idiot as if I don't know how to zip a zipper showing me "this is how you zip it..." I took their word for it and went home. I put my jacket on, zipped it how THEY wanted me to and guess what...IT SPLIT! I don't think anyone at this place knows what they are doing and I would never trust any of them with my clothing again. They obviously don't want to take responsibility for something they did and now I am out of a jacket. This may I add was no cheap jacket, it was a Michael Kors which has quality. Needless to say these people are lucky they are not BBB accredited because I would be making a complaint on them there too. read more
