I normally take all my dry cleaning to another company down the road but this place happen to be…read moreopen. All I needed was a standard clean on my winter jacket. I took it in and when I got it back everything looked really nice. When I went to try on my jacket and zip it the zipper wouldn't zip and it seemed as if it had been chemically treated. I zipped it half way and the zipper split and would t got back down. After many minutes I got the zipper down and took it back. The manager stated she would take care of it and that day they called and told me it was fixed. I went to get it and when I took it home i zipped it and again the same issue. I continuously told the workers that I have never had any of these issues until I brought my jacket here, even at the other cleaners! They took it back and after almost one week they said "we all tried it six times and it works so the owner isn't going to replace it..." May I mention that they treated me like an idiot as if I don't know how to zip a zipper showing me "this is how you zip it..." I took their word for it and went home. I put my jacket on, zipped it how THEY wanted me to and guess what...IT SPLIT! I don't think anyone at this place knows what they are doing and I would never trust any of them with my clothing again. They obviously don't want to take responsibility for something they did and now I am out of a jacket. This may I add was no cheap jacket, it was a Michael Kors which has quality. Needless to say these people are lucky they are not BBB accredited because I would be making a complaint on them there too.

I recently had my Butterfly 1501 15-needle embroidery machine serviced by this company, and…read moreunfortunately the situation did not end in a resolution. According to their advertising, they have expanded their repair services to cover industrial sewing machines, longarm quilting machines, multi-needle embroidery machines, and sergers. Based on that information, I contacted them in September 2025 for routine maintenance -- cleaning, oiling, and tension adjustment. My machine was running prior to service, although it had been sitting unused for about a year. After the technician completed the service, I ran a small design and the machine stopped within a few minutes, displaying multiple error codes that had not appeared before. To their credit, communication improved once the issue began, and they picked up the machine to evaluate it further at their store. However, this process continued from September 2025 until February 2026. The machine was ultimately returned to me in February 2026 unrepaired. I was told they were unable to obtain the necessary part and that the head was likely bad. While I appreciate the communication efforts, I am disappointed that I paid $700 for service and, after several months, received my machine back not functioning. This has been a frustrating, lengthy, and costly experience -- and not the outcome I expected when choosing a company that advertises service for multi-needle embroidery machines.

I knew that they worked on sewing machines, so I took my Singer in to get the timing fixed. Wow, has it changed! They always had sewing machines & classes, but they have expanded. The vacuums are still there, but only a some part. Sewing machines get picked up & dropped off every Monday for repairs. The majority of the store has sewing machines, quilting machines, beautiful quilting fabrics & a classroom. They offer classes. Even though I didn't buy my Brother there, I am still welcome to join. Everyone was very friendly. I look forward to participating in the classes offered & shopping for fabrics there.

I came over to his shop, after calling first to set up a time to meet, with the most basic of drawings and proper dimensions describing what I was building; an outdoor Black Oak shelf bookcase. We talked through things like the weight of the slabs, over all height/weight and after determining that 1/4 inch steel would suffice with curved corners - I was happy. Charlie had them done in about 7 days and they were perfect. When I picked them up I drove over and dropped them at the powder coater. Could not be more happy with the craftsmanship, the easy going professional attitude and the price was great too. Not enough stars in this recommendation for me!
