What's lowered my opinion of them in when I told my child's Boy Scout unhinges in to be sewn. They quoted me a price of five dollars each patch sewn. This was the place recommended by the pack leader so I had them do it. But apparently they don't charge the pack leaders anything near as high. So beware of the price gouging, and I am taking all my business elsewhere.

Absolutely crazy to see happen at 3:55PM on a Saturday. The worker just kept screaming "I'll just re-enlist f*gg*t! You won't do sh*t!" All over some laundry! Very sad to see the quality of employees here. I got the information of the Customer who was verbally abused and many of the customers at the bike shop next door saw the entire thing.

I'm showing my age here. I remember the days when a person would stand behind a counter, smile,…read moretake my laundry, hand me a receipt, and tell me to come back in a few days. Now, we go to a kiosk, plug in our phone number, stuff a numbered bag with our laundry and put it down a shoot like the post office. Surprisingly, it works. Two days later, I got an email and text telling me my laundry was ready for pick up. Back to the kiosk, only this time telling it I'm here for a pickup, and a conveyor belt brings the items to kiosk. My sport coat even came on a nice hanger. It's a very slick process. But I still haven't figured out how to ask for spot treatments; or choose laundry over dry cleaning. And ultimately, I got a note saying that some stains/spots couldn't be removed. Nu-Yale seems to be one of the few dry cleaners in the area, thankfully, they do a pretty good job.
