My 2 year old daughter accompanied my on my visit & the associate who helped us gave her a little foam cow toy, for no reason. They were very patient with her (& me, as toddlers can be distracting). They allowed her to touch the merchandise & explore their store. The prices are great (as I stated before). I will definitely be using this store for my future computer needs! Let me tell you....WORST customer service experience I think I've ever witnessed. I stood around the headphones for a solid 15 minutes and even tried to stop some employees that were walking by and they brushed me off. Ridiculous! Eventually, I hauled my ass to the front counter to ask one of the black shirts (managers) for assistance back at the headphones. Instead of saying "Oh yes, let me come help you!" They phoned it in to their little radio and called someone back there. Dissatisfied, I walked back to the headphones, only to have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for an associate to come back, and he might have been the least helpful, least enthusiastic human being to ever walk the face of this planet. I explained what I wanted and what I was using it for as well as my budget ($200), and the absolute gormless minger tried to tell me I needed a $350 pair of over the ear headphones (like a gaming headset) for what I wanted. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I said no thank you I just want the Bose quiet comforts. He mumbled that that wasn't the right choice but unlocked the cabinet. He then tried handing me the $300 Bose ultra headphones and I told him again that was NOT what I wanted. I grabbed the pair myself and while now looking back on it I realize that was rude I was so fed up I just wanted to get out of there. I should add this store was not busy in the slightest. I saw maybe 15-20 people not including employees (of which there were about 40+). This is why my waiting seemed very unprofessional and unnecessary.
