They also used galvanized fencing byRangemaster (and this isn't the kind of fencing you get at Tractor Supply)it appears to be at least 2 gauge thicker and uses astiff twist tight knot that should remain tighteven with animal pressure. The fence has been up now for 3 months and is looking great. Very apologetic is the best I can say for these folks. They promised our custom swinging gates…read morewould be installed within two weeks. A month later, they delivered two gates that looked like they had been manufactured by a 12-year-old. All measurements were wrong, and worse, irregular, with vertical bars spaced unevenly and at slants so that some where 4" apart at the top and 8" apart at the bottom. Also, the materials were wrong, and the gate arch, which was supposed to be a single low bell curve meeting at the gate opening, was instead two bell curves, one per gate. The fabrication was horrible overall, sloppy would be too generous a description. When I refused the gates and pointed out all that was wrong, they apologized, saying they had used a recommended fabricator (the blame game began here). That was a Monday. They then promised they would have the gates completely rebuilt by a different fabricator, this time to spec, and have them installed by Friday, or possibly Saturday at latest. The following Tuesday (eight days later), I called to ask where my gates were. They were almost finished, I was told, and they would be delivered the next day, Wednesday, and installed then. At 11:11 a.m. Wednesday, they texted me to say they were outside. I went out to look a the gates. They appeared to be the exact same gates with the metal pickets disconnected and re-welded in a nearer to spec fashion, but the top arches were still wrong. It had now been over a month, and they still were simply apologizing (again) for t he poor quality re-fabrication. I told them to place a refund check for my $5410.00 (1/2 the total) down payment in my hand and take their gates and leave. They did. The refund (assuming their check doesn't bounce) is the only thing I can say they did promptly. If there were a NO STARS option, I would pick it. Use these newcomers to the industry at your own risk. They are awful.

Kyle did…read morean outstanding job on the quality of fence, giving me his true opinion on the job, and getting a quote back to me within 2 days of my estimate. I originally wanted a 7 door which he said he would do. However when he came out and looked he said he wouldn't do it without replacing the poles due to the fence needing a sturdier pole for 7 feet. Rather than take the extra 2k for the job. Now I have a very nice quality 6 for that still feels like it's 6 1/2 feet. He chose to have my best interest at heart. They tore down, removed, and framed the fence 261 feet in one day and had all the pickets up the next. Based on how big of a job it was, I figured the craftsmanship and quality would be bad. NOPE. They are just that skilled and hardworking they finished it that fast. Additionally to save me money, Kyle reused my old hardware rather than up charging me for something that still worked well. Zero complaints. He also quoted me a price for staining the fence. To save on cost, I decided to do it myself... Kyle not only bought the stain for me, as it was cheaper, told me how to do it and even gave me a few supplies. If I ever need fence work done again. Slap shot is for sure the ones I'll be going with. Unfortunately for them, they delivered such a quality product, I don't think I'll need their services.
