We were unable to find an office address or company phone number to contact the company, which is very unprofessional in our opinion. The address listed is the owners former residence. While the roof was supposed to be done prior to closing date, it couldn't happen due to trouble getting materials, and was delayed about a week, which is understandable. However, communication was very unclear as to what day the roofers would show up (we had supplies blocking our driveway for about 3 days before anyone showed up, though we were told they would be there THE DAY the materials were delivered). Additionally, when the workers did show up, only one person spoke English so we could not communicate well. They also brought a 7 year old girl with them who was running around our property the entire two days they were working on the roof. While I respect parents who work, we did not appreciate an unsupervised child on our property without our consent or any notice. No one said anything when they were done, they just up and left. We had to clean up the supplies that were left behind. They left a ton of nails and debris on our roof we had to climb up and clean off. There is also two obvious dents in our gutter that were not there before, but no one came forward about it and again the company is hard to get a hold of. We were able to get a call from the owner during our contract period at the request of the realtors, but he promised us quotes and paperwork and never delivered. This was before the nightmare that was the actual installation. The lack of communication obstructed our ability to move in and coordinate with other contractors doing estimates for other work on the house. We reached out over text and email to talk to owner to se what we could do to make it right and have not heard back since. We waited a week before posting review in hopes this was a one off project and not something up to their normal standard. Would not use again. Poor communication, no pride in their workmanship, poor quality of work, and poor professionalism.

Worked a few hours for 3 different days on a job that should have taken one day. They were only half finished, and the workmanship wasn't good. We called the owner, and they sent someone to look at the job. He wasn't satisfied with the progress or results. They sent a different crew the following day who completed the job in 3 hours. The final results were not as specified in the contract, but we accepted the work and paid. Probably wouldn't call them again, but they did try to make the job alright.

We are just a few months away from completion of our building project with Trademark and I am happy to report it is still an absolute dream to work with Mark and his band of merry subcontractors. We, of course, have interacted a lot with the framers and they are some of the best carpenters I have ever met! However, we now have interacted with all of the major subs and suppliers: plumbers, electricians, sheetrock, trim and finishing, painters, brick and stone masons, cabinets, flooring, countertops, and lighting and without exception they are all fantastic to work with and just good human beings! I especially like Victor, their main man when it comes to the framing and tweaking of, well, just about anything! Not only is Victor an outstanding craftsman, but he is a super nice fellow and I'm sure I take up way too much of his time every time I'm out there, because I cannot help but strike up a conversation with him! I will end up doing some reviews for the other subs, but for now let this stand as a recommendation for any one of them.
