The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. Purchase an automated gate and fence a little over a year ago and we are continually having issues…read more They want to collect a service fee every time they come out. I have had to beg to get them to come without charging to fix what was poorly installed. It is a Liftmaster system and everything has a 2 year warranty. They refused to replace a faulty keypad telling me they had to try and repair the battery before Liftmaster would replace it. False! It took 5 months for it to get replaced-ridiculous and Liftmaster would have replaced it immediately. Then just a few months later the gate would no longer close. Again I had to battle for them to come out. Turned out it was due to poor installation, it needed an adjustment. Now another closing issue caused by an open limits setting. Landscaping has caused this issue. This should have been removed at installation but they never mentioned it would be a problem then and their techs have never mentioned it as recent as their last visit, 3 weeks ago. I have now found a better company to service my gate who will listen to me and offer support, and getting things covered under the warranty. The Gate Doctor is not to be trusted!
