5 foot high snow drifts in front of doors, can't get any answers, or anyone to even ever return phone calls. If you rent from them make sure you rent on the front row since that's the only place the snow is cleared, but those are all SOLD OUT. Told paying customer "Every man for himself" nobody that works here gives any answers. Have left multiple phone calls with so called "management" that say they have to check with district managers, when the guy on the tractor Monday told me that the owner told him only entrances? What good is the entrances if no snow is cleared? read more
