I 100% recommend finding another place for any type of imaging, I will not be returning and now I will be paying out of pocket somewhere else for a ultrasound. This office needs to do better.

When I had questions regarding why it was so far out in advance to schedule an appt, the staff member rudely stated I should've made my appointment for sooner. Terrible customer service…read more Just an example: -I received a bill for $30, but the bill does not explain what the charge is for. It does not list a service date or describe what service was provided. The bill instructs me to call a phone number to make a payment. When I call, at 10:27 Am on Sat, I only reach an automated message stating that office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but it does not specify which days those hours apply to. No additional information is provided, and there is no option to speak with a representative. I am unable to obtain any information about this bill. The QR code on the bill is supposedly for payment, but it only redirects to general clinic services. There is no option to pay the bill or view billing details. There is no email address available to contact the clinic, and the text message option does not work. I am fully willing and prepared to pay this bill; however, after spending a significant amount of time trying to get basic information, I am still unable to do so. Due to this experience, I will not return to this clinic.

I recently had to have x-rays done at this location for my PCP. After reading the few reviews…read moreonline, I was reticent but went anyway as this office is located near my home. I found the front office staff friendly and helpful. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The x-ray tech was familiar to me as I believe I'd seen him for scans in the Visalia office. He was efficient and gentle with my injury albeit not the chatty sort - that was fine with me. I was in and out (walk-in service) in a reasonable time. I was even able to procure a disk of the images taken while I waited. I advise anyone needing radiological services [here] to go prepared with photo ID and insurance information to make the experience and time spent much more efficient and streamlined. I recommend this office of CMIA.

Brought my mom in as she was septic and the ER staff was amazing but once she got admitted to…read more3South the care was no longer there. I watched staff for 4 hours on day one and they would come in and check her vitals and leave but never emptied out her full catheter bag nor offer her water. I finally ended up emptying out the bag at hour 2 and asked the next nurse how often are they supposed to empty it out and she told me "oh just push the call button and we will come". So I guess it's not part of their patient care to check catheter bags unless patient requests for it to be emptied out. Day 2 still in 3South, I came in and her IV machine was beeping and it can be heard in the hallway. It took a nurse an 45 minutes to come and check the IV machine which was not pushing her fluids. Day 3 still in 3South, my mom calls me to tell me she hit her call button and had been waiting about 10 minutes to get help to use restroom but no one came and she ended up soiling herself. I HAD to call to get a CNA to go check on her and that still took another 10 minutes. When the CNA finally comes into the room, she asks my mom "Do you want something to clean yourself?". Ummm, hello she couldn't get up on her own to use the restroom so you think she can clean herself?? Really?? By far the worst care I've seen so far offered by this hospital. I do want to say I am giving it a 3 star as she had a wonderful RN and CNA at night who took really good care of her and my mother made sure to tell me how well they took care of her. Seems like the lack of care is on the day shifts.
