I would leave 0 stars if I could. I spoke with the wife of the owner to set up lawn care. I…read moreexpressed I would like to get our lawn taken care of asap as our last landscaper was no longer available. She scheduled us for the following Tuesday, 5 days out from my call. Tuesday comes and goes and I have to call repeatedly and text in order to find out they will not be coming out. They said they'll come out sometime that week. No specific day. The next day they say they'll be there Friday 100% guaranteed. Friday comes and it's 3:00pm, no communication. I reach out and they say they'll be there within the hour. Two hours go by and it's after 5:00pm, I ask what's going on. She starts telling me that I should consider getting them to come out every week instead of biweekly. I'm floored, because they haven't even been out ONCE to my location, yet they're telling me I should pay more money to them monthly. I tell her biweekly works for us. 8:00pm comes and goes, still nothing. I start calling and texting, no response. These people are scammers. They led me on for over a week, let my grass get higher and left me hanging on a Friday evening. Now I can't find another company until Monday and I'll have to wait again to fit into their schedule. All the while my grass is growing higher. I don't recommend them at all. Beware. Scammers.

It took a week for a call back. Sir Grout took just one phone call to set up an appointment for estimate. Leo was right on time the designated day and thoroughly explained the repair process. That night we had our estimate by email and I approved the work by electronic signature. Very easy. The work was performed one week later by Tony and Daniel who were extremely professional and on time. They cleaned up when finished and the work is very well done. No more cracks! Leo stopped by to check up about midway through the job. On his way out he saw one more crack that none of us had seen. They repaired it on the spot. They couldn't exactly match the grout color but what was used is very close. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Kissimmee. Rick A.
