I had some sale upholstery fabric from Fishman's I wanted to use and they were totally fine with that. She let me know that due to their workload they wouldn't be able to get to it until the summer, which I was ok with. The shop called when they were ready to come get the old chair and promptly picked it up the next day. The job only took a week and I paid the balance over the phone by credit card. The chair was delivered today and it looks great. The fabric worked out well and the quality of the work is excellent. I'm looking forward to sitting in it to read in our living room for many years to come.

They informed us a couple of days later that they did not have the materials that appeared in inventory for the job but could substitute some others. While we did not go forward with the order - since we did not like the alternative materials - we still give them kudos for quickly reversing the credit charge. While they may want to work on their inventory listings to provide the correct options, we have no problem with their solution. We went somewhere else for our job, but would not hesitate to give Paul's another chance. Try them.

Dave's review: I needed two custom made steel bases to hold up a 450 lb. table top for my clients dining room for their new house in Scottsdale. My client was moving from Chicago on Dec. 26th and I only had two weeks to come up with a solution and it was in the height of the Christmas holidays. I thought this would be an impossible. I decided to give them a shot. In NOVEMBER 2021, I dropped off a wood frame for a bench & a piece of fabric my stepmother brought from Africa & wanted to use to cover the bench. They said it would be done after the first of the year. I waited til February 2022 before I called. After getting no response to the 3 voicemails I left, I stopped in (this business is 45 minutes from my home!). They told me they were getting to it soon. By May 2022, when I still had not heard from them (and no return phone calls), I went there again in person, and they told me it would be done by July. Once again, I heard NOTHING from them, and no return phone calls. I gave up & went there at the end of August 2022 (9 MONTHS AFTER I FIRST DROPPED IT OFF). It was still not even started. I asked for my wood frame back, which I got, but they have now LOST MY FABRIC FROM AFRICA. They promised to find it & ship it to me. Two months later, no word from them- I called again. They have still not found my fabric. So now, 11 MONTHS LATER, not only do I not have my bench, but I DON'T EVEN have my fabric. Having to tell my stepmother it is lost was heartbreaking. I gave them every chance in the world & have been super patient & never rude, but I have been treated disgracefully. Could not be more disappointed. I would have left a zero star review, but yelp doesn't allow it.
