She performed the normal cleaning, polish, scrape and some new thing, which I never did before even when I was in LA. A hydro sonic water thing that loosened dirt off your teeth and then you can clean it ? Never seen that. Also never had or seen they massage your face, head and neck first to check for abnormal growths or cancer. Again all firsts for me. In the end, my teeth were rocking. I met Dr. Sleeve? When I arrived for my appointment, I confirmed again with the front desk that the cost would be $69. After completing the x-rays and exam, the dentist told me my teeth looked great. He said I was young, healthy, and that everything looked perfect with no concerns. However, before performing the actual cleaning, the billing representative came to speak with me and suddenly said it would cost $445 to proceed. She also claimed I had gingivitis -- something the dentist never mentioned and directly contradicted when he said my teeth were in excellent condition. I was shocked. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told none was available. The front desk then informed me that the $69 special would only be applied to a future visit (and that I had to pay $445 now for special treatment) -- something that was never disclosed beforehand, despite me confirming the price twice. When I said I would not proceed and was leaving, I was told I could not leave unless I paid $40 for the x-rays and exam -- services I did not specifically request beyond what was included in the advertised cleaning special. My paperwork clearly stated I came in for a cleaning under that promotion. This entire experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional. Save your time and do not go here.
