From our first visit, we knew this place was different - the staff is knowledgable, professional, and (refreshingly) SO very welcoming and courteous! A trip to the dentist isn't always the funnest thing, it's a necessity - you want a place that uses the highest standards both technically and professionally at a fair price, but also a place that treats you like a person and gives you a sense that they really do care about your specific situation (financially and medically)... This is truly that kind of place - top notch dentistry with a real heart. We no longer dread our trips to the dentist, and look forward to seeing our new friends. This review is not a reflection of Dr Taladi and hygienist it is about Misty. She is definitely overworked she answers phone does billing and all office work. She is not handing in proper information to insurance and grossly over charges patients . When I got bill I asked her am I payed up she says yes and then I get a bill about a year later saying I'm over due when I never got a bill .when I called her she got very nasty and authorative trying to take charge to intimidate me. When I contacted insurance company they said she's charging you like you don't have insurance! Sorry I had to leave this bad review but if you decide to go make sure you check with your insurance when you get bill and get ready a year later to get another bill from them saying your over due . This rating is not a reflection of Dr. Talati or Alena, her hygienist. Rather, it is based on multiple encounters with Missy, the front-desk receptionist. Since the receptionist is the first person you normally encounter, either by phone or in person, s/he is the face of the business and can either encourage or discourage repeat business. In my instance, it definitely has discouraged repeat business. Why pay good money for bad service?! I have found Missy to repeatedly be rude, not people-oriented, seemingly disinterested in patient care, seldom available without SEVERAL attempts to connect, and quicker to write you off as a patient rather than try to be helpful. Not sure of her background, and it really does not matter, but great customer service is not her strong suit and she should not be in a position that is expected to provide excellent patient care. Additionally, intentionally over-charging for services after the error has been brought to her attention is just poor business ethics! read more

Let me begin by saying I never write reviews but after my experience with Dr. Talati and staff I felt it was the only right thing to do. Dr. Talati operates a truly first class dental office and I have benefited from her extraordinary talents, professionalism and humanity. Her staff from the front of the office to the back of the office are outstanding. You can walk in the office having a bad day but will definitely be walking out with a SMILE. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child. because of that I have neglected to take proper care of my teeth other than brushing and flossing. I had a severe tooth pain for weeks and finally I had enough. my father told me about an office around the corner and I scheduled an appointment for today. I have to say the office was extremely clean the staff was very friendly organized and knowledgeable. Dr. Kamini Talati went above and beyond to help me with my situation and even took care of other issues i had going on. I have had 3 appointments with New Image Dentistry. They are a terrific group! Their offices are clean, new and the staff are professional and actually seem to really enjoy working there! They gave me a print out of anticipated work required (2 fillings and a cleaning) with what my insurance covered and what would be my responsibility. I loved that! My last dentist who is actually a popular dentist in SLW overcharged me according to their contract with my insurance. It was a fiasco from start to finish. I saw a ELena for my teeth cleaning and she was very nice. When I walked into her office she was playing 80s music and when I got in the chair she put on soothing music. I asked her if it was okay if she could put the 80s music back on because I listen to that soothing music all day at work she understood and she put it on for me. She asked me questions to understand my previous treatments and she was gentle while doing the cleaning. She understood my sensitive areas and took appropriate actions so that I was not in pain. She also made recommendations to help me with my sensitivity. This is the first dental office that from the first day I bragged about. Keep up the good work ladies.. read more

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist and my sister recommended Dr. Taladi. We kept putting off making appointments, and sure enough, my husband got a whopper of a toothache, so we made the call. Dr. Taladi's receptionist was very accommodating, took my husband in that day at noon, and we didn't wait but a few minutes to be called in. X-rays were taken and Dr. Taladi came in, examined my husband, and diagnosed the problem. She was willing to refer him to a oral surgeon as the tooth was next to a tooth that had a root canal and crown and she said it was very possible to break that tooth with all the pulling and twisting to get the bad tooth out. Her office went so far as to make an appointment for the next day and even got the price for us so we would know what to expect. I was able also to get an appointment for cleaning and X-rays within the next two weeks. Dr. Taladi even called my husband to see how he was doing after the extraction by the other dentist! I don't think you can ask for more than that. Her office staff seems very pleasant and happy, and Dr. Taladi was very personable. My husband couldn't say enough good things about her, and he's had some scary experiences with dentists. I can't wait to get started as a new patient of hers. As an added note, the price for this visit and X-rays and exam was absolutely reasonable, and the oral surgeon also gave us self pay pricing. Overall, a 5 star experience. As a new patient I'm absolutely thrilled about this practice! The staff and doctor are kind, patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and explain things (from procedures and upcoming work to billing and insurance questions); they aren't trying to rush you through your appointment like some other offices. cannot process insurance claim. worst dental experience in 56years. doesn't care about patient. 30 days of lies excuses and bs. a fraud. 100% gross incompetence. 0% accountability. i would give 0 starts if possible. dr wasted 3hrs of my time after making me wait about 1 month for first appointment. if u need a dr who is guaranteed 2 waste your time and money then choose this dentist . ignore all positive reviews. they r obviously from people that pay 100% 'cash. if u have insurance don't walk ...run in the opposite direction. they have perfected...i don't know and i don't care. supposedly they have a contract with united health care. but cant get a claim submitted and approved after 2 months!..who is ignorant enough 2 believe this...they try 2 blame united health care???...united health care has a 4 star rating.they never returned my phone calls in 2 months...they r mentally on a permanent vacation...does this dentist deserve 2 hold a license 2 practice medicine?FRAUD!!! read more
