Beyond that incident, the overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. The practice operates more like a fast-food version of orthodontics--quick appointments, low attention to detail, and a focus on volume rather than quality care. My daughter was extremely compliant with all eating and care rules, yet her brackets repeatedly came off her teeth, which only added to our frustration and prolonged treatment. At no point did we feel that these ongoing issues were thoroughly addressed. I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism, especially when it comes to working with children. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I personally have had 2 rounds of braces over the years and most recently Invisalign - elsewhere... I wish they had been better, I really do.
