My daughter showed this florist a physical picture of her dress and flower arrangement that she wanted and the day before her prom they gave us a bouquet full of unopened flowers and other flowers that look like weeds. The bouquet was not what we wanted. It wasn't even in the same color of what we asked for. Then we go back and ask for it to be redone and then they tell us that they have no more pink flowers and that they cannot do what we originally ordered so then they put together another bouquet that looks like a five-year-old did it. This is not ok and not good customer service. If they actually took the time to do their arrangement nicely, I would've forgave them, but the fact that they just threw together another arrangement that did not look nice at all is unacceptable.

When she explained she was 70, mobility impaired unable to get there before they closed, the woman didn't care and proceeded to thoroughly upset my mother. You have been removed from the listing of the floral service I use regularly, after this woman was even rude with their customer service rep.
