I would be extremely cautious using New South Property Inspections. The Inspector obviously held a…read moretight relationship with the buyer for our Home Inspection for the sell of our House. The New South Inspector(Ron Menn) listed everything on the Inspection Report surpassing over 100 pages of the most tedious repairs. We've had countless contractors since practically laugh at the Inspection Report questioning what the Inspector was attempting to accomplish for the Buyer. It completely backfired creating panic. We've had roofers, crawlspace inspections, too many to name literally have to come to look at our house only to find that minor repairs would be needed. The Buyer lost the house of their dreams and for myself, the Seller, have approvals for certified contractors that what is on the report is inaccurate and incorrect.
