Have rented several uhaul trucks in the past but all were large than a 10'. After getting to the storage building I discovered the 10' truck has NO LOADING RAMP. Who at Uhaul was the idiot who decided 10' trucks with a 50" loading height doesn't need a ramp. Only if you look at the truck description "more details" do you see no loading ramp. I will NEVER EVER use a uhaul product again! Only a complete moron who has never even moved a bag of groceries would make such a stupid decision to not put a loading ramp on EVERY TRUCK USED FOR MOVING. At 71 years old I have seen some stupid decisions but this is the worst!
