My jacket was then magically found and "wasn't sent to the other store". However, they "didn't have time to press it" and get the wrinkles out. I was told that, as the jacket is being put on a hanger and being handed to me. It looked like it had been in the bottom of a box for two days. Then the excuses started rolling. "It's clean", "My back hurts", "I can't finish it today", "It's a mess back there", "I don't know what to tell you, you can take it", "come back tomorrow". They could have just apologized and said they missed it. Mistakes are okay but lies aren't.
