I'm not talking a few hundred dollars more either....I'm talking thousands. Additionally, every interaction was amazing. Not only are the people who work in their office friendly and helpful, but so is their after hours answering service. At every turn they make sure that you know they value you as a customer, which simply can not be said for some of the other companies in the area (like Swink....they made sure I felt like they specifically didn't want my business). I really only hope that the next time I need to install a ductless mini-split or central air system I live within their service area...because they are hands down the best!

I told him exactly what my husband said to tell whoever I called (no one usually likes it when you call and act like you know what's going on or sound like a know it all) and he was great! Said he would get me fixed up the same day! I have not had the chance to see the work yet, but I am confident they will do as they have said. I work at an office building that has had more than it's share of problems getting good service, so if they do a great job at a fair price I am going to call them next time we are in need at the office.
