She showed me the different varieties they had as I mentioned to her I was looking for ideas to them come back in a few months to get the rainbow flowers for my niece who will be born in July. If I could give 10 stars I would. First of all, the customer service is superb. These amazing employees stayed on the phone with my husband for 20 minutes helping him order me flowers on Valentine's Day... the most busiest day of the year for them! They walked him through the entire process. My husband isn't fluent in English and patience isn't a virtue for him, but he had a great experience. Got my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. Received the flowers 2 days before Valentine's Day. It looked like they picked their worst flowers they could find. We will be throwing these flowers away in probably two or three days because they are so old and some are wilted on the ends. Also I paid for an I Love You Mylar balloon and received a Te Amo balloon. Not worth the money I spent. Needless to say I won't be using them again. Very disappointed!!! read more

My mom ordered an Easter arrangement for her Sister who lives there and they did an amazing job on it. My out of state family sent flowers from this business. I quit using them after two prior low quality, premium priced flower gifts. The flowers are nothing special, any home arranger could do as well. My complaint is the card. It's printed on paper with no thought to quality and half-ass glued into a card. I called the shop and they were super helpful, I told them the price I was looking for and they were completely accommodating. She created an arrangement of flowers for me and I gave my opinion and ended up getting exactly how I pictured what I wanted to give my friend. She was really helpful and it was really convenient to text me pictures and I was able to text what I wanted to put on the card and also pay for everything over the phone. Background- Active Duty Sailor deployed on ship in Persian Gulf. Ordering a Plant for Daughter's Birthday on 14 Feb 18. Order placed 8 Feb 18. Received confirmation email. Called on Monday to validate order, order was confirmed. Son (helping because I am overseas) stopped by on Monday and Tuesday, told order was canceled. Company used an excuse that an external source who supplies their flowers was unable to fill order canceled the order....Didn't own the failure. Also never received cancellation email. The fact I even knew about it was because my son went there.... Also they do not respond to emails. Their email address was and still is wrong on their webpage...I let them know and they still haven't resolved... End of the story: Dad deployed...daughter does not receive gift on her birthday....very disappointed dad and daughter... I tried a small business and don't think I will use their services again. Still have yet to receive and email or comparable option to make my daughter happy. read more

My husband sent me surprise flowers and there was a confusion on being able to deliver to the address provided so they had to call me. The gentleman apologized for having to call me but he wanted to make sure I received my flowers. I met up with the driver and he was still apologizing and even brought a sweet extra gift to say he was sorry. He didn't have to do any of those things but he did and I am grateful. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I ordered birthday flowers for a friend on May 2nd. The flowers were never delivered. They charged my card for the flowers. My husband called the store several times over the past couple of weeks to determine whether the flowers were ever delivered, and whether they will be delivered. They gave him the round about. First it was they had a different company in charge of their website so they couldn't confirm it (WHAT?... Who does business like this?). Okay, the man on the other line told him to call back. He called back, again, no firm answer and just the round about act again. Today, May 21, my husband called the shop again. He explained that we hadn't seen any progress on the problem and that we were going to just contest the charge, the lady on the other line said that, "the lady isn't here, but leave your number and she'll call you back in 20 minutes." She never called him back. I called and got the same response. This process has been incredibly frustrating and the only remedy available to me is to dispute the charges with my bank. Avoid doing business with flower company at all cost. They are incredibly unprofessional and will give you the round about if you have any issues with your order. I believe that this business is either significantly incompetent or is deliberately scamming people out of their money. read more

Ok, so I put two orders in, both received confirmation. However, one was canceled and never delivered, nor was I ever informed that it was canceled. The second order was substituted with a small flower arrangement (when I ordered a nice beautiful plant)....figured they would substitute with a plant...especially since I don't like buying flowers that will wilt and ultimately die....Anyways, I also, ordered chocolates 10 dollars, nope not delivered... Oh by the way, still have yet to receive an email from the company, nor the owner. I am out to sea, and I feel I was just taken advantage off. I called 4 separate occasions to make sure these orders were good to go. Sure maybe this place is good if you go in there and BABYSIT the order....but no one should have to do that. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Period. Active Duty Military Deployed...Valentines Day, Daughters Birthday....not ruined, but certainly wasn't the surprise I envisioned....and more stress than I needed out here. At first by looking at their pictures I thought this place was going to be the perfect place to get our flowers for our wedding. BUT WE WERE COMPLETLY WRONG!! We showed them the centerpieces we wanted and they wanted to change around the flowers to what they thought was better. So we went with someone else for the centerpieces. I sent them a picture of the arch we wanted and asked to use natural flowers. Days before the wedding she had something TOTALLY DIFFERENT than what the picture was and she used artificial flowers, what she had was something a 5 year old can do. This is only a few of the many things that went wrong for having them as our flower people. They created us a lot of STRESS before and during the wedding since they did not provide all the chair covers they were supposed to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will not recommend at all!!!! read more

One star rating is too high. They were suppose to deliver flowers as an anniversary gift. Attempted deliver before we were home. Left door hanger to pick up. (We missed them by 15 mins... no big deal) called and answering machine picked up. Message said open til 6. Got in the car drove over and arrived at 5:15. Store was locked up. A gentlemen outside asked me to wait... said he would be right back. Apparently the "girl running the shop" (his words not mine) left early and went home and wasn't suppose to have gone. I waited, letting him know I had an appointment at 6. He said he would be right back. I agreed. He returned 20 mins later and said he didn't know where she was. He apologized and asked if I could pick it up tomorrow. After explaining that I couldn't, I work til after 6 and they would be closed, he said he would deliver to our house. My daughter told him she would be available after 3:30pm. He agreed. We left and the next day another door hanger... they tried to deliver at 3:23pm. Ugh. So as it was after 6 pm I left a message on the machine. Saturday rolls around, no flowers, no call. So I called my sister should sent the flowers to let her know I hadn't received them. She said she had an email confirmation that they had been delivered. Terrible experience. For a new company I had hoped they would care about customer service. 0 stars. Placed order on Valentines day online at 8:30 AM for 3 arrangements for 3 different people, same delivery address. Was busy at work so I didn't call to confirm until about 11:30 to ask if they would be able to deliver on time - before 1PM (my order request was for noon deliver). The lady said yes, no problem. Called back multiple times between 2 and 4 and received different answers as to why it wasn't delivered, and that i should call back. They were very confused with the order. I finally cancelled the order, as the recipient were waiting for over 3 hours to leave (they were out of town). Its even more frustrating that the store is about 2 miles from the house and the recipients could have even picked the flowers up sooner then delivery, because they made it sound like they were out for delivery when I called around 2PM, when it turns out they hadn't even been made yet! If they couldn't make the delivery time, they should have simply said so. There are many other florists I could have called. read more
