Great service and style! I had the cosmetologist cut off about 5" from my long locks and add some shape to my generic style and she really did an awesome job! She gave me a cut that brings me more up to date. She also offered advice for my next visit for what I could do as far as color goes. I really look forward to returning! This is an A+ alternative to pricier salons. I really like the layout of this salon as well, they have their own cubicle style area for each person but the wall doesn't go to the ceiling, so it's private while still feeling open and comfortable. I used the discount for first timers found on their website, which is nice. Kim was my stylist. She did an excellent job and really seemed to understand my hair's idiosyncracies. She was very personable and easy to talk to -- and the scalp massage during shampoo was very nice! The salon has a nice vibe - the styling is modern and, as someone else said, I like that there are half-walls for some privacy on the stations, but it's still open. I'll definitely be back and plan to try some of the other things they offer, like facials. read more

I was very happy with my experience at this salon. I'm giving 4/5 stars because my appointment started at least 15 minutes late and my hair was cut shorter than I think a "trim" warranted. Nonetheless these issues aren't that big of a deal. I was impressed especially by the goody bag at the end and the friendliness of everyone working there. I've never received a hand written note from a salon to thank me for supporting their small business before, so I think that was such a nice touch. After so much time without a salon visit, my hair feels very refreshed. I'll be a repeat customer for sure! read more

The fact that they put a waiver in front of my elderly mother to sign so her stylist Kennedy did not have to wear a mask is reckless and disgraceful. My mom was put on the spot and made the wrong decision by signing and getting her hair done because she had an appointment and felt bad leaving! This is unsafe and just irresponsible. My mom is now having to get tested! You should be ashamed to ask your clients to make a life or death decision in a second when they get there. My mom is too nice to say no and now is petrified about her rash decision. She is immune compromised and only goes out if necessary! We now have learned a lesson that your business is unsafe and not a necessary trip out for her. I want everyone to know that this is unacceptable and that they should be prepared to put their health and their families health at risk just walking in here! read more

Went back for my 2nd nail shellac manicure with Sylvia, love it! I was allergic to acrylics but this stuff seems to stay on, doesn't hurt my nails and doesn't make me itch. The colors are really nice. They're running a 50% off special right now, and added 4 spa chairs, so I'll be coming for a pedi soon! Have a hair appointment tomorrow, will see how that goes, but I'm optimistic! read more

First of all, the service is great...everyone is very friendly and they were able to get me an appointment for my requested timeframe. However, I got a highlight job and it just didn't go well. I didn't get the look that I wanted, either with the color (my hair ended up "brassy" instead of blond, so it makes me feel a bit trashy) or the type of highlight (chunky vs thin). The stylist had to keep asking the "boss" how to achieve what she was trying to do so I that didn't inspire much confidence. So unfortunately, I wouldn't feel comfortable going back for my highlights...I would suggest asking for an experienced stylist if you go for any color. I have also just gone in for a bang trim (I'm picky about how I like them cut) and that went well and I was happy with them. They're prices are also very reasonable. read more

I was looking forward for a bit to try their soy waxing on my eyebrows. I got them done a couple of days ago and above my eyes and below my eyebrows have been burnt and very dry and red. I called to let them know and I asked if it was possible for me to get a refund because that is not supposed to happen and was afraid of them scarring. I talked to the front desk worker and she said she would give me a call back. I got a call back and it was the lady who did my eyebrows and said that since I was on acne medicine it would do that and "I told the front desk worker I wasn't on any but when she asked if I was on Accutain and I said no" because I'm not, I'm on a different medication for acne. The lady who did the service was very rude on the call back but did give me a refund. Overall not a very good experience there. Would not recommend or ever go back. read more
