Natalie is truly a talented, creative, and friendly rescuer of unflattering hairstyles or bad haircuts. After going to two high end, and highly recommended, salons, I was left with a shorter and shorter hairstyle that just fell flat and accented the thin hair on top of my head. I have short hair that is naturally curly and frizzy, and is thinning to the point of showing my scalp on the top of my head. What can I say about the hair Godmother of Maui??! I went from Roland Schitts Creek to goddess. After suffering a bout of hair loss, I went for a reeeaaaly bad haircut. Instead of going back, I thought, hey just dye your hair. My hair naturally has gorgeous highlights that many compliment. I don't know what I was thinking. You can see the fraggle look of before. It's taken several sessions to finally achieve what I set out for, but that's only because she's making sure we don't destroy my hair in the meantime (going blonde). Natalie charges a very reasonable rate and never tries to get more money from me than expected, even if we go over in time or we encounter something unexpected (color not lifting properly, we need to tone again, etc.).
