She destroyed my hair and everyone at Perfect Images refused to acknowledge that she had done anything wrong. I called the owner three times and only received a reply when I left my second Facebook comment. If you are looking for a good haircut, you would be better off letting your pet chew on random chunks of your hair. They would inflict far less damage than Chelsea Kay did. I only wish I could give Perfect Images fewer than one star. That is far too high a compliment to pay.
