My wife experienced the exact same last-minute cancellation a couple of months ago. The pattern is clear: poor planning and dismissive customer service. While their therapists may be skilled, the management appears completely incapable of basic scheduling reliability or common courtesy. As someone with severe service-related PTSD, I had been mentally preparing for weeks to even allow this appointment. The last-minute cancellation hit hard and felt incredibly inconsiderate of our time and well-being. If Grove Spa cannot value their customers' schedules and trust after booking so far ahead, then they clearly don't want our business. We will be taking it elsewhere, and I strongly encourage others to do the same. There are plenty of professional spas in the area that can actually show up when they say they will.
