I had an appointment, but I didn't get started until 20 minutes late. The overall experience was very lowbrow. I won't be back. I did a natural nail mani/pedi and the pedi was a literal tub filled with water. Supposedly they are remodeling and will have actual pedicure chairs and I hope that is the case because soaking in a glorified mop bucket is pretty off putting. If they didn't have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy I would have walked out as soon as I walked in. I should have spent the extra and went to the spa down the road.
