Then this month, one unit went from $68 to $82 and the other from $50 to $105; more than doubled!! AND, there are two $5 processing fees added! So my bill went from $118 to &197 WITHOUT NOTICE!! I've been trying to reach someone since July 3rd -calling, emailing, texting trying to get someone to respond...nothing. I called the office this morning and was finally able to leave a message (their "answering" machine's memory had been full all month). So, I know someone has at least been checking on things. I guess since it's the first of the month she is checking the drop box for payments. Terrible, terrible business practices. Then go up on the price after putting a few items on the truck. Then after that STILL DID NOT GET EVERYTHING. Left a whole trip behind and "go down on the price" but turn around and go right back up on the price again while headed to the drop off location (SO UNPROFESSIONAL). Then try to go up on the price AGAIN and refuse to unload my items and tried to say that's the price that's owed is without the deposit ,but the whole time telling me that was the full pricing of the move "which should include the deposit" Long story short I was FORCE to OVER PAY than what was agreed THEN still have to MAKE 1 move TRIP with a truck ($200) AND the MESS up my NEW CONSTRUCTION WALLS and LEFT EVERYTHING ON THE 1ST LEVEL and in the Garage...
