Maybe less experienced clients would not realize that this location does not even provide a minimum quality therapeutic massage. Bad sign #1: When we first walked in, a female massage therapist walked to the front while finishing pulling up her pants. Bad sign #2: She immediately tried to convince my friend that I should only do a half an hour massage instead of longer. Bad #3: Before beginning, I was asked whether I wanted hard or soft; despite me responding that I wanted hard, she did the entire massage soft. No deep tissue. Bad #4: Her fingernails were long enough that they kept stabbing into my back. Bad #5. She lacked professional massage technique and everything she did could have been learned from a 4-hour layperson massage class. Bad #6: She did not massage my scalp, neck, feet, stomach, butt, front of legs, nor my shoulders. All of these locations are usually included in a full body massage. Bad #7: When I had been in the building just under an hour, I was told that my massage was over, despite my friend prepaying $150 cash for my massage. This is their 2-hour rate. This is a location which specializes in massage for men. It was clear that my therapist did not know how to do a full massage, and that therapeutic massage is not their specialty. It was also clear that they were uncomfortable with a woman showing up for services.

I just got off the phone after calling to ask about my owed balance for a treatment I did not…read morerealize I was accepting when I came back in for my "X ray consultation" and was told it was time to begin services after we reviewed the X ray. I'd expressed my concern of wanting to proceed until I'd consulted with a neurologist and I only used this office originally for the cheap next day X ray when no real doctors were able to get me in quickly. Turns out that because I did not agree to go forward and continue with my proposed treatment plan that what I was told and under the assumption was part of my "zero cost today consultation" was billed for $125 dollars. I called to pay my balance and express my concern that this felt like I was duped and I had to sign my agreement after the services were already done, though I did not actually want or need chiro work as I'm dealing with an AI issue and now moving out of state for treatment of that. Had I not been spoken to the way that Dr Michael just spoke to me I'd have paid my balance and gone on with my day but I feel that the attitude and blaming me for not understanding their procedure warranted writing this review. If you're not 100% certain you want or need to go forward with chiro work, be wary going forward with Integral wellness or you'll get yelled at for being confused by their procedure and have to pay anyway. Balance is paid, I wasn't seeking free work I couldn't afford, I wanted to explain my concern and was basically told "too bad, you got it wrong not us, now pay up" I hope you're extra $125 dollars is worth this 1* review.
