I tend to not relax easily (I find myself with stiff arm or leg right in middle of massage and have to consciously tell myself to relax) so the extra 45 minutes "to relax" was great. My only disappointment is at the end of each massage was the question about how the massage was...because that meant it was over. Susan Oliver finds the spots that need attention (pre-massage questions and then during the massage she found spots I didn't know were tight) and she fixes them.
