She left scrapes on my fingers caused severe pain in my cuticles and I contracted an infection in my hand as a result. Terrible establishment terrible owner waste of money. Maybe less experienced clients would not realize that this location does not even provide a minimum quality therapeutic massage. Bad sign #1: When we first walked in, a female massage therapist walked to the front while finishing pulling up her pants. Bad sign #2: She immediately tried to convince my friend that I should only do a half an hour massage instead of longer. Bad #3: Before beginning, I was asked whether I wanted hard or soft; despite me responding that I wanted hard, she did the entire massage soft. No deep tissue. Bad #4: Her fingernails were long enough that they kept stabbing into my back. Bad #5. She lacked professional massage technique and everything she did could have been learned from a 4-hour layperson massage class. Bad #6: She did not massage my scalp, neck, feet, stomach, butt, front of legs, nor my shoulders. All of these locations are usually included in a full body massage. Bad #7: When I had been in the building just under an hour, I was told that my massage was over, despite my friend prepaying $150 cash for my massage. This is their 2-hour rate. This is a location which specializes in massage for men. It was clear that my therapist did not know how to do a full massage, and that therapeutic massage is not their specialty. It was also clear that they were uncomfortable with a woman showing up for services.
