After contacting Mark he came out right on time at 4:00. He quickly measured the windows and gave me feedback on what he suggested for the home. It took about 5-6 weeks for the blinds to come in. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 on a Friday. Kyle and Jared showed up promptly at 2:00. They were very detailed with the installation. We had custom shades installed on our back patio after we moved into our home in 2022. We notified…read moreScott Rowley last year 2025 about one shade where it has shrunken in the center which is making it look uneven and there is a noticeable gap on the right side if you are facing it. Scott and a team member both have been to my home to look at the shade in 2025. We were told by Scott that it was still under warranty and that he would have it replaced. It's now months later and he states the problem lies with trying to get in contact with vendor which can only be done through a portal. The vendor was telling Scott that maybe it was installed wrong but Scott says that's not the case. The issue we continue to have with Budget Blinds is that they never respond to an inquiry or when they do - we are being told sorry for it taking so long they are still trying to resolve with vendor. I don't know what's going on between them and the vendor but it's Budget Blinds responsibility to correct this problem and order us a new shade. This is bad business and poor customer service. Next course of action if we don't hear back from Budget Blinds by June 1, 2026, I will be contacting the BBB.
