We wasted a lot of time waiting for this company to "decide" whether or not to accept our job - remove a 100x40 mirror for a bathroom reno (not glued). Now we ran out of time and need to figure out how to remove the mirror ourselves without breaking it. We are older and cannot afford injuries to do it ourselves. Their reasoning? They didn't originally install the mirror and wouldn't accept liability. It took about a week to make the decision and we had to call them for an update. We are now forced to remove the mirror in pieces. Karsey Glass- your liability excuse is BS. read more

Ordered a few panes of textured glass for a custom cabinet for a client. I called my order in and the ladies that helped me were super friendly and accommodating. The price was a reasonable considering they were the least expensive of the 3 places I called, but they were by far the fastest and most responsive. Glass is just pricey in general these days I suppose. Nonetheless, a great experience and I highly recommend them. read more

We are selling our house and needed a window replaced before closing. Everyone at Karsey Glass did everything they could to get our job done before our closing. The crew came out to replace our window, removed the old one, replaced the broken pane and then broke the NEW WINDOW. Hey, $h%# happens.... I was livid, but Happy Ending. Karsey Glass made it right. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Sent a tech to my home to get a quote, weeks went by with NO quote had to call him out twice to measure. Never sent me the types of glass to pick from. I just wanted to place the order to finish the job. Ended up getting hung up on by the sales representative, Jason who told me to take my business else where. I called to speak with his boss Heather who made up excuse after excuse for his behavior. In the end I wasted 3 weeks of my life going back and forth trying to spend thousands of dollars but they are impossible to work with. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Really poor communication. Had to hound them to get quote and information as to when my shower door I had paid for would be installed. Was told 1 week. Requested update 1.5 wks later. Was told would be next day. No word for another week so asked for another update and was magically ready to install. Makes me wonder how long it would have sat there before I was contacted. Quality of work was good and price was mediocre. Nothing deal breaking, just annoying lack of care other than when it was time to collect my money. Lots of other folks in town that can do the same work with better customer service and communication. read more

I used this company to replace a broken window pane on my property. There professionalism is nonexistent and the company as a whole is slack to be nice. I had to call them over and over to get things done. Don't expect them to be ontop of anything. As you have to be the one making sure things are done in a timely manner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We had a 10' custom shower glass enclosure made about 2 years ago. After a year of use, we noticed one of the glass panels was coming out of the wall and about to fall. We had to remake the opening of our shower and wait weeks for the new glass to be installed. Once they were done we were left with holes in the quartz curb from the old doors. We were told that was not their responsibility even though they screwed up in the first place. On another house we ordered shower glass for, they messed up so many times it ended up taking 4 months to completed. Their accounting also stinks and managers are awful!! read more

I purchased a single piece of 3/8" coated glass for a shower in a custom home I just completed from Karsey. Except for when I placed the order and they wanted their deposit, communication was terrible by Chris Dixon! I sent emails with no response until I emailed the same question again. My single piece of glass took 6 weeks for me to get although I think it was done well before that and he never let me know. The only way I found out was I emailed him AGAIN (there were a total of 11 emails) enquiring about the status of my glass. Also, when I picked up my glass, Chris Dixon was sitting at a computer in the front reception area, and I was surprised that he never said one word to me (I know he heard me say my name regarding my order) like, "Hey sorry it took so long we're pretty busy". I'm a contractor and I'm searching for a glass sub-contractor. In this business communication and customer service are key, so I'll keep searching. read more

We previously used Karsey Glass for bathroom mirrors several years ago so when we decided on some upgrades for glass cabinet doors we decided to call them again. Initially someone came out to measure and discuss what we wanted. When that was competed they were supposed to call with an estimate but we never heard from them. When called to inquire about the estimate, wee were informed that someone was supposed to call but the order was accidentally overlooked. We were told they told they would send someone else out to remeasure. But that never happened read more

Horrible service had spoke with Connie they could not locate an order I had placed and when I asked to start from the beginning I got a smart response, we finally agreed to start fresh asked for specific size mirrors with molding and that seemed like a wild request this is the worst experience I've had from here they are normally very helpful and more then glad to help on previous occasions I don't know what happened but I hope they go back to putting the customer first read more

During this coronavirus shutdown, we had to replace the glass on our back door that had shattered from a rock during a yard service cutting our grass. Z and Earl did a great job on the installation, explaining and answering our questions while socially distancing. Karsey made a glass top for our bedroom dresser in the past so they were our first choice to call during this crazy time. Would definitely use Karsey again. read more

Karsey Glass replaced the glass in 9 of our casement windows and 1 side entry door. Mike Smith came to our house to measure the windows & door and could not have been nicer. Within just a couple of weeks time the glass was ordered, delivered and the installation was completed. It was tedious work removing the old glass from the wood frames, but "Z" and Darren did an excellent job - they were super nice too. Extra crew showed up later in the day, so they were able to finish the job in one day. They covered the floor and carpet with "cloths" and cleaned up leaving things as they were before they started. I would definitely recommend Karsey Glass and I would use them again in the future. Thank you guys so much! read more

Super detailed, professional and friendly people ! Michael came to my house to do several measurements since they had to make 2 special mirrors for my bathroom . I didn't have to tell him I was OCD when it comes to that stuff... the 2nd time he came , was to install the 2 mirrors , he installed it with such perfection , there's no gap in between my light fixtures or the wall . These people will rip women off. Please shop around for a better price. I waited a week for them to provide me with a quote to only install a 60x80 left hand patio door, only to hear that they wanted $1200 to only install the door that I would purchase. That price was outrages!!! When I asked them what was the quote break down they told me that they would charge me $95 an hour for 2 men. So after doing the calculation that means the job would take over 6 hours. You got to be kidding me! Unbelievable! I don't recommend this company. They are robbers. read more

My appointment was at 9:15, they arrived in front of my house at 9, but did not ring my doorbell until 9:40. They were polite, but no mention of being late. They removed my picture window and I made a remark of the mold/algae in the window. The guy said if I got him some paper towel, he would clean it. I did and he cleaned some I went behind him and cleaned more, but didn't want to be rude. They put in the glass with dirt still in the track. If they didn't want to clean it more, I would have been happy to, or a question of is this ok ma'am before putting the window in. I couldn't clean beforehand because they had to remove the glass. The window looks great, but the attention to detail wasn't there. read more
