David was very responsive throughout the entire process and sought to meet every need my wife and I had. Even when that meant switching the direction of the front siding due to our preference. The finished product speaks for itself and the savings allowed us to install all new gutters with gutter guards which really make a difference. Calvin is so rude and difficult to get any clear answers from it was a very painful process to coordinate with other scheduled work that couldn't be done until the windows were in. Once the windows did come in, the instillation process was like a bad movie. We took time off work and had the other contractors working there take the day off too... the window installers roll in at noon and leave at 3:30 without a single window in, just tore out a little drywall inside and left. It took two more days of part time work to get four windows in. One of the most frustrating things they did was to put unfinished wood trim inside the all white window install that we need a 20 ft ladder to get to, to paint instead of putting pre-primed white trim. It makes the windows look very unfinished and I hate that we have to go get a 20 ft ladder and paint just for a tiny piece of trim. Our other contractors finished the caulking for the window contractors because they were so slow and the guys were tired of waiting. I'm disappointed in the new picture windows too, they have a much smaller glass opening than the old ones even though the outside measurements are the same. Apparently this is the case with the windows they carry, so be warned. I'm glad it's over and I'll never have to deal with this company again.

Crazy concept - buyers actually want a roof in good condition!!! I messaged Chris on Sunday evening and he and his team were checking out my roof on Monday morning. They did a great job of walking me through next steps and setting my expectations. Due to the storm wreaking havoc across multiple residences, my insurance company didn't have an available adjuster and asked that Chris and his team take detailed photos and document the work they were proposing. Storm Guard's write up and estimate was so thorough that the 7-10 day review process was complete in 2 days - with approval for a new roof given!! Chris and the Storm Guard team have been so patient and super responsive with all of my questions. Accent took responsibility the first time and ordered new glass and their insurance paid for damages- awesome. Same techs came to install new glass but put dirty/heavy tools all over my new vanity. Tools fell-scuff walls and floor damages from corner of glass( nicks,scuffs, and some indentations). Not a big deal at first. I ordered a glass door( they are competitive on prices) for another bathroom. Same techs show up, I told them about the second install damages and asked them to be careful and not place tools on vanity again and put something underneath their tools and glass on the floor. I see the final result, door looks nice but yet they damaged my tiles in the process. They claimed it was already there and I showed them pics the same day of chips/ debris I found while cleaning up after techs. Now accent glass accused me of lying and will not take responsibility for there techs or damages. I will not use them again. I Don't recommend
