I hire accent glass for new shower enclosure. It was the wrong cut and techs caused damages from front door to upstairs master bathroom. Accent took responsibility the first time and ordered new glass and their insurance paid for damages- awesome. Same techs came to install new glass but put dirty/heavy tools all over my new vanity. Tools fell-scuff walls and floor damages from corner of glass( nicks,scuffs, and some indentations). Not a big deal at first. I ordered a glass door( they are competitive on prices) for another bathroom. Same techs show up, I told them about the second install damages and asked them to be careful and not place tools on vanity again and put something underneath their tools and glass on the floor. I see the final result, door looks nice but yet they damaged my tiles in the process. They claimed it was already there and I showed them pics the same day of chips/ debris I found while cleaning up after techs. Now accent glass accused me of lying and will not take responsibility for there techs or damages. I will not use them again. I Don't recommend read more

What a shame some one can put a one star review on here regarding ridiculousness and things that have ZERO SCIENTIFIC BASIS WHATSOEVER. I do understand in this world there must always be those that never question any directive no matter how ridiculous and destructive it is. Okay onto the review. So one of my favorite things is rummaging around thrift shops, etc. For years I've always found old picture frames and thought about inserting a mirror into them but figured the costs were going to be crazy and also didn't really know of any place to take it that I could trust to do it. Accent Glass took care of both of those issues. I found an old frame and a rather large one at that. I took my own mirror in so I saved quite a bit of money but still figured the labor to cut it to size and place was going to be expensive. I was amazed at the affordability of Accent Glass. The only reason I didn't provide four stars was the mismanagement of the timing and not updating the customer (me) as to the fact it wasn't ready when they said it would be. read more

I've had installs of high quality mirrors from Accent Glass for several years. Their pricing is fair and they do high quality work.

Waited over a week for just a quote for 3 mirrors replacements for two small drawers only for them to triple the price the very next day then immediately fix the drawers at the new inflated price. Very unprofessional, I should've known better than to walk out without an initial quote. It screams desperate and low on cash to scam a customer for mediocre work. Good luck. read more

Before leaving NY I tried to have a piece of glass made for a lamp I wanted to gift. I was told it would take 2 days. As a result I found the piece ready made online and asked for them to ship it to my final destination in NC. While at the airport, I found out that a key piece to the vintage lamp would not make it to Charlotte on time. I called Accent Glass and asked if they could make me one. They were very accommodating and assured me it would be ready for me by when I landed in NC. Sure enough I received a call, just as we landed, that it was ready. I was able to pick it up, complete the lamp and gift it. All I can say is that for my situation they were easy to communicate with, hey made piece correctly and their price was 30% less than the one I ordered. I intend to use them again. read more

These guys are not easy to deal with. Scheduling is hard. Getting them to show up on time after its scheduled has proven problematic. They installed glass doors on two different showers that had sweeps underneath that could not stop water from running out. read more

I recently needed some glass cut to replace some shelves in a display cabinet. The staff here was super friendly on the phone, even called me back to confirm which direction the shelves had to be inserted. My order was ready several days of ahead of schedule despite the busy Thanksgiving weekend.
