For many of us, we never climb in there and the pictures clearly showed its condition. From there, Cory removed the old dirty plastic and debris left from the house's construction. He then leveled the ground by hand, so it would be uniform under the new plastic. He also cleaned the surface of the drainage pipes, tacked up loose insulation and wires, and inspected the ventilation vents. He installed the new plastic from the high side of the crawl space to the low end, and laid the seams so if any water was leaking in, it stayed under the plastic. The change was enormous, and the cost was very reasonable. Now the job is complete and we have a clean and dry crawl space. Job well done!

The seller was unable to tackle the job themselves, and I needed someone reliable to get it done quickly. Henry's Junk Removal and Demolition came to the rescue! They were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They even reached out to see if they could start the job earlier, which was a huge help considering the tight deadline. Henry's excellent service went above and beyond in this case: The initial estimate was for 1.5 truckloads of junk removal, but the job ended up being much larger. There was a significant amount of yard debris to clear, including a chopped-up tree with dead branches hidden behind the shed, years' worth of accumulated tree branches, and even a full 55-gallon drum of miscellaneous waste. Despite the increased workload: Henry provided a very reasonable price upfront, and even though the job required three truckloads instead of 1.5, he charged me just a bit more, but not as much as he should have. he was efficient, thorough, and meticulously cleaned up everything.
