So, when I saw Homestead was local to our area I figured we would give them a shot. We had 3 showers that lacked water pressure. These folks went out of their way to try and find the parts needed to repair the shower valves. When it was determined the parts required were obsolete, they procured and replaced the valves and shower trim. The valve replacement made a huge difference. We went from having a drizzle of water coming out of the shower head to what we had when the house was built 17+ years ago. The folks were professional and great communicators, explaining what was being done every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would and that rarely happens these days. I even asked for some quotes for other plumbing projects I would like to get done. I would recommend them based on the work they did for us.

(Let me also say that I am an older female recovering from a stroke, burst aneurysm, coma, etc and haven't been home from the hospital a year yet. I am NOT crawling under my house!) I had my foundation vents replaced, and the guy sent me pics of this company having cut the belly wrap for the under the house insulation under my master tub and NOT repairing any of it. Under the tub is just wide open. It also appears that the hall shower is leaking. It's a good thing it is not used regularly! I texted them the pics and asked for an explanation. I did not get a response. This mess cost me a lot of money, not to mention the laundry room wall (piece of drywall) they broke moving the master tub in and the many holes they put in my wall to "find" something. They never offered to repair that either. Now I get to pay someone to come in and repair their mess. Don't waste your money!
