I have called Amen Plumbing 3x since November for different issues we have had and they have been excellent at taking care of each issue. Chuck has helped us out with 2 different emergencies and Nick came for what we thought was a small leak. Each time, the team with Amen Plumbing was kind and professional. They were able to rapidly fix the issue, supply us with options at a reasonable price and gave us the best workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know for any plumbing issue. We had a slow leak from an improperly installed shower head connection in our upstairs that leaked onto our Master Bedroom ceiling. Chuck came out scoped the problem through the wall and was able to find our leak quickly. Since remediation was needed he returned to fix the problem once that was completed and was always on time and kept great communication with us throughout the process. A few weeks later we had the city text message me we had a leak somewhere else as they could tell water was being used 24/7 by the meter. Nick came out and diagnosed a problem with the durapex that was used to connect our tankless water heater. He fixed the leak and gave us an option to replace the remaining durapex under our home. Chuck came out yesterday as the durapex started leaking again in a different spot before we could schedule the replacement they had suggested. It was leaking all over the wall and had split very close to the tankless unit. He replaced all our durapex on Super Bowl Sunday and saved us as it was flooding the crawlspace. I have never worked with a company that kept me so in the loop with a technician coming out, thank you Brittny for such a great job keeping me informed. I took about 5 minutes explaining the problem to the technician and with his 40 years of experience, he immediately knew what the problem was, which was nothing he could fix, and told me I needed the septic tank pumped out. But he still took the time to prove to me, located the lid to septic tank and never charged me a PENNY!!! He even told me once they pump septic tank out, he will come by and inspect, treat and put cover back on himself at NO CHARGE. Go figure. I read the reviews on Amen Plumbing before I called/texted on a Sunday night, so glad I chose someone that cares about their clients, and not the almighty dollar. Their business name says it ALL!!! I've got to throw this in, this was my dads house, who's 86, has dementia, under hospice care and my sister and I take turns staying with him. Without knowing the root cause, many companies could have taken advantage of the situation and run multiple test to prove the problem, run up a high invoice, but Mr Miller's (technician) experience, was to take care of customer or offer the alternative solution. Amen Plumbing was very prompt and professional when they came to my rental house to repair several plumbing issues including a clogged dishwasher and leak under the sink. I live out of town, which can make dealing with landlord issues at the rental a hassle. They worked with me and my tenants to coordinate their visit. They were up front with their estimate and completed the work exactly as they said they would. Turned out there was a decent crack in my garbage disposal that I did not know about. Amen immediately called me to update me and provide a new quote. Once I authorized them to complete the additional work, they were out of there in less than an hour with a call in to me to confirm. Chuck deserves EVERY star! I woke up to water all over my laundry room this morning - leaking from the ceiling. Chuck was the first plumber I phoned due to his excellent reviews. He was very helpful and was at my home in 40 minutes. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. He knew exactly where to drill thru the wall to seek out the source of the leak, found it, videotaped it to show me and repaired it. I recently purchased my home in Rock Hill and there are several small renovation projections that I would like to address that will require some alterations to the plumbing. I called Amen Plumbing regarding a toilet issue we had during a hectic week before our upcoming wedding. We had 8 family members staying with us and our downstairs bathroom decided to give up. Wow - we cannot say enough great things about Chuck of Amen Plumbing! He diagnosed an issue with our washing machine drain in minutes -- after another plumber was here twice to "fix" the issue!!
