I asked for a foil number balloon and she asked what color in a monotone way. I asked what are the options? She just rattled off and speed thru a long list again with a groan to her voice like it was annoying her to help me. So I said blue. She said weren't out. So I asked can she show my choices. Again another audible sigh and she walked me to an isle with the balloons. I felt so gross being there I wanted to leave! But this was the only time I had to sneak away and get alert supplies. I went to a different Party City and they didn't have the exact mask so we had to go with something else. At that location, we were told only an exchange was allowed so we ended up paying nearly $10 more for the other mask. Overall this was poor and frustrating experience that resulted in us paying more at a different location. Party Time Designs installed the centerpiece on time, and in a very professional manner. Everyone was impressed with how nice the arrangement looked and my daughter was super happy with the end results.
