From the beginning, I clearly told her I would pick it up myself, yet she never sent me the address. On the day of the event, just hours before it started, she stopped replying, never delivered, and left me without the cart, with all my candy and nowhere to put it She never refunded my money, never took responsibility, mocked me, and her service is TERRIBLE -- replying days later (if at all) and delivering nothing she promises.
